As many times as we've eaten here, I've surprised myself that I'm just now doing a review. It's always a wonderful experience.... The food is fresh and prepared right. The staff is nice and on point. Definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for agood place to eat. Read more
We waited quite a while while they figured out how to seat my wife and I. I mean really they had to figure out how to... accommodate my wheelchair. It seemed as if there was discussion between servers , hostess and the shift manager about seatingus, and we heard a couple of people say ?I?m off tables?, ?Don?t seat them here?, etc, and another server tell us she literally?Had tables all over the restaurant ?, due to servers being cut. The manager involvement saved us as customers and our eventualserver (? Name but very pregnant) was a sweetie, did a great job , and the food was great. It just seemed lackadaisical and asif the hourly servers were in charge of customer service, until the manager stepped in and solved it. I really thought for aminute that they just didn?t want to bother with us at 10 pm or so on a Saturday night, at least until the whispering stopped. Read more
???? wonderful place for an Applebee's on such a hot day . Wasn't pleasant at all not busy the time that I went in and had to... wait at the door for a few minutes with practically no one inside plenty of waiters though No hospitality for me????. The onlysmile that I received was from the male waiter who served me. Food was excellent cooked to perfection and quite tasty. I statethis as my opinion only 1 from billions upon visitation here .Certain cultures and ethnics are not welcome here . Overalleveryone else around me upon visual seemed friendly and peaceful to each other. Their Joy and peace is worth 5 ?????. Read more
Hostess was not friendly and very slow to seat us (plenty of open tables) server went to a table that was seated at least 10... minutes after us. Appetizer were good but didn?t ring up correctly had to have server fix the bill. Chicken strips were verydry. Steak was over cooked Read more
Our waitress was awesome. The food wasn't bad a little over cooked but still eat able. I enjoyed dinner with my wife... granddaughter and a once again awesome waitress. Read more
We love stopping in an Applebee?s when we see one! Drinks were on point. You get exactly what you expect and it?s done right.... Only reason I?m rating it a 4 star is the size of the meals is much smaller now. We had combos of the 2 for 20s and over theyears they have less and less food. Other than that the staff was awesome. We ate here on Sunday night. I have no complaints on the taste of the food at all. I can say for the amount the charge the... portions should definitely be more. I ordered the chicken breast with mashed potatoes and Garlicky green beans. I literally gota half sized breast about 4 inches in length and not even an inch thick, a scoop of mashed potatoes, and 6 green beans (sorry Ididn't get a picture) so the quantity of food I felt was unacceptable. The picture below is of their homestlye broccoli andcheese that you can obviously tell is shredded cheese & this side cost more!!! Their margaritas are entirely to sweet. I orderedan extra shot for in my margarita, was charged for it but it definitely did not have it in their! We had multiple wrong ordersbrought to our table asking if it was ours as well as other guest having the same issues! Applebee's has definitely went downhere and we will not be back nor recommend this location to others! Read more
Landon took care of us. The service was exceptional. The hamburger tasted like it had been grilled out, it was great. The onion... rings were crispy. The salad was just right. If every meal is prepared like ours was and If all the servers are as attentive asLandon, you will not be disappointed. Read more
