Waited in the drive-thru for over 25 minutes at which time the visit wasn?t too bad considering I was looking forward to the... delicious food. Turns out all you get for your money is some cold fries, right next to your cold, less than room temperature,smokehouse brisket, but first the kid had to finish his conversation with his pal then I ask for fresh fries he looks back ?browhyd you give her cold fries? then walks away just to send someone else 6 minutes later to let it be known the fries are downfor the night. In my experience, it is *literally* an impossibility to get through the drive-thru in under 15 min. Up to 25 min is a reality.... The food is good, and the people are nice; I genuinely believe they're working hard, too. They're also out of SOMETHING roughly50% of the time - curly fries, napkins, shakes, salads, BBQ sauce - SOMETHING. Unfortunately this is the only fast food in thispart of town. Had this Arby's as a great place to eat a year ago. Went today and will never go back. Waited in line for 30 mins and lobby is... closed. They were out of Arby's sauce, but that's not even why I'm upset. They ran out of red ranch which is fine it happens,but they replaced it with salad dressing!! Are you kidding and then argued with me telling me it's the same thing. One taste ofthe sauce and the color I knew exactly what it was. Really hope this Arby's turns things around. Read more
Their service and accuracy have improved a great deal in the last year or so, but they always have a huge wait at the... drive-thru, and they seem to be perpetually out of various items. Perhaps it's staffing and supply chain problems; perhaps it'straining and management issues. Either way, the end result is the same. Read more
They left my son food out of the bag after waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru. I went back up there and they still messed it... up. I could hear employees using explicit language and referred to customer has the B word. Read more
