Crew was completely understaffed but yet kept a great positive attitude and good customer service trying there best.
I am going to stop going here. Burger King has gotten very expensive. You can buy a hamburger at longhorn for the same price.... And it's fresh. Today the food order was wrong. I can overlook that. I can at 9:30 this morning and there speaker was broken! Instead of having a sign posted on the speaker they were just hollering... across the parking lot very unprofessional! When getting to the window to place my order the cashier was laughing and talking toother people the whole time I was trying to order! And I had to repeat myself several times! I was asking to pull forward andsat for almost 10 mins for 2 biscuits and a hash brown! When they Brought my food out they didn?t even have my hash browns inthe bag! This store had it ready to go when it first opened up with fewer staff. Now you got these people that look like they don't wanna... work asking you Cash or Credit like they laundering money, you cant sit by the window and have to pull up every single timecause they never have anything ready and when you get the food its a mess. Cold. Bread looks soggy. A slob of MAYO ON ONE CORNEROF A WHOPPER. Seriously? I didn't ask for a mayo sandwich. I asked for a whopper. Waited nearly 35 min for my food. Waited 10 mins before I said anything in case the chicken was cooking. I walked up and my... order was not on their screen so they had no idea. They then dropped the chicken fries. 10 mins later I was told they were justwaiting on fry?s. The manager goes to the bagging station to let the girl go on break, so I told her about the situation incasethe worker did not. And she in fact did not tell her and the manager seemed to not care that I had been waiting 30 minutes atthis point. She had the cashier go get my food WITH NO GLOVES ON! She then proceeded to get I?ll with me and other customerwhile we were receiving our food. Hoping this reached Burger King Corporate so they can do something about this poor management. Read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. This location is absolutely horrendous. Employees have disgusting attitudes and THIS... STORE IS DIRTY NOT UP TO HEALTH CODE WHAT SO EVER. Found multiple hairs in my food, on multiple occasions. Absolutelyunacceptable. Then they won't give you a refund, but try to give you another meal with a hair instead. I'm good. Really clean place. But the young oversized female working the front this morning 10/14/22 7am was horrible. Attitude was... horrible. I ordered a large orange juice, she charged me and then told me they didn?t have any OJ, so she gave me a large drink.Still charged me for my large OJ. So I Took the large cup and machines had no ice. She told me to walk over to the loves side ifI wanted ice. I orderd 4 jr breakfast burritos every single one was cold and tortillas even colder. To top it off I proceededto ask for hot sauce for the burritos. She literally grabbed a hand full and slammed dunked them in my bag like she was MichalJordan.
