I decided that I would like to have a Mac and cheese bowl after watching a commercial on TV. We stopped at KFC in Calhoun and... the photo shows what I got for my visit. This is absolutely redicualus. This in no way is a meal for anyone but possibly achild. When something is advertised you should get a comparable item. You people should take this photo and put that in yourcommercials. That will end your shananagans and deception once and for all. Read more
Just had the most horrible experience ever at kfc. I ordered through the app, waited til time came for my order to be picked up,... and went to get my food. They had not yet even started my order. I'm like, ok, please be sure to put all of my sauces in thebag. The guy was just rude from the start. He didn't want to be there and he was very clear about that fact. I just let it slidebecause it was late. They finally bring out my food and. I left. When I got home I was missing not only the sauces I requestedbut a good part of my order. Another part of my order was almost unrecognizable. I took a picture of the pot pie. Almost theentire top of the pot pie was baked off the side of it. And as it was closing time, i was unable to go back to fix the issue. Ilove the kfc food but not this kfc. I don't usually post negative reviews, but this kfc has not gotten my order right in thelast. This time it was just worse. Read more

Nasty, 10 people on back only one wore gloves. Everyone was handling people food. Dining area need cleaning service was not bad... but not good either. Long wait time on wings. I have not been here since it was Kentucky Fried Chicken, so to me the food Iremember was much better wings looked done until you get to bone Got my sister 2 piece combo she said the potatoes were stillgood. I rarely go to KFC, and probably will not go back. I walked in to decide what to get for my family. I ended up ordering 2... family meals, the 8 pc chicken meal and the 8 piece tender?s meal. Each came with 2 sides. Ticket #3201 at restaurant#G135097. I drove home with the food and at home discovered that I had zero sides, only had the chicken and biscuits. I triedcalling over and over for fifteen minutes-no one answered the phone. I would have been happy with a credit to come back latersince it was late. But since no one answered, I had to drive back to the store (about 10 miles each way) to deal with this. Itook my receipt in and advised the clerk that I didn?t receive my sides, she seemed to know that she didn?t include themearlier. I asked for double sides since I had to drive back to get them. I also advised that I tried calling but no oneanswered. Clerk got the manager for me, I repeated the is and again asked for double sides. Manager refused and asked what elseI wanted. I told her that I wanted what I paid for. They got it. Now I just tried calling the customer service number for KFC.The menu asked for English and then offers to speak with an agent or about an online order. Speaking with an agent just hangs upon you. Miss the fresh chicken livers and grilled chicken - no longer available - 2 of my favorites. All else delicious.
