For some reason their drive through takes forever. Today I wanted in line for OVER an HOUR. While I was sitting in line at least... 5 people drove away. Their owner needs to realize they are loosing customers. They would take two orders and then wait over 10minutes to take another. People are not going to wait around for an hour for fast food. They changed the chicken and it's kind of decent plus I thought they're 24/7? Cuz sometimes when I pull up to be someone there... but they're not taking orders. The big boss man might want to take a look into that. Read more

Update: This location has gone down hill so fast. I don?t know if it?s a new manager or owner or what. They keep their lights... off at night to make it appear they are closed. Dining room lights off, outside lights off and even the drive through is turnedoff. Yet you can pull up to the window and they?ll sometimes take your order. ALSO, I can?t tell you how many times I e drivenup to the drive through and they have some type of excuse as to why they can?t serve you. ?We?re sorry we?re only accepting cashat the moment?. ?We?re sorry, we have an extended time on food. It?ll be at least 15 mins?. ?We?re sorry our fryers are down?.And the most recent tonight was ?we?re sorry our system is down and we can?t take any orders?. It?s ridiculous. The last 10times I?ve tried to eat there I?ve probably gotten food once. They always have an excuse. It?s like they don?t want peopleeating there. It?s very odd. Slow as hell. Dirty, fowl mouthed shorthanded slow staff and the trash cans were empty when we walked in and were still empty when we left. I... had tell the cashier there was No trash cans to throw away our trash. Buckets on the counter top and in the eating areacatching the rain. The food was good thou. Read more
I was the only one in line and literally waiting 15 minutes before they took my order. Although they took 8-10 drive thru... orders. I get they may have been short staffed, most restaurants are, and I understand that most drive thru's are timed, butthat doesn't mean you completely ignore people that come inside to order and/or eat.
