Not only did I have to wait 15 minutes for my pizza to be baked, in addition to dealing with a very rude cashier. Only to get... home and discover that the pizza was under cooked, the cheese in a stuff crust pizza shouldn't be gritty. When I called them tospeak to a manager, the phone rang 5 times before someone answered and hung up the phone. The last few times that I'vepatronized with this particular store there have been young employees dancing around, on their cellular devices, disrespectfulin the way way they speak to customers, and it appears to be a unorganized work environment. Since no one felt like answeringthe phone and saying "hello" instead of hanging up. I'll just post my comment here. $13 for an undercooked pizza. Read more
I've been to this particular location alot. This location has always made me wait till they made the pizza. Which was suppose to... be hot and ready. I would understand once or twice but, Everytime? I always wait and go back again because there really is noalternative for "cheap" pizza. Since the other competitors extremely higher. Sometimes the pizza is good and sometimes it issoggy and under cooked. Although I would have to say that when it is...all I have to do is call them and they gladly and easilyreplace it without hassle. Read more
Okay. Look. I like Little Caesars. But what is the point of having a HEATED pizza portal that will keep them 'hot & ready' if... your employees never use it? The last three times I've gotten little Caesars from the app, I go in to pick it up from theportal, and it's not even in there. I see it sitting on some rack getting cold. Not only that, but since it's not in the portal,then I get to stand there for 10 minutes while it gets even more cold waiting for someone to pay attention to me. Just so I canget my order. While a much better establishment than Cartersville (by far), it seems to be consistent that even when ordering a topping (I. E.... mushrooms) it is not on every slice so we started ordering (and paying extra for) "extra" mushrooms. The last FOUR orders stillhave the minimum of topping let alone what was paid for. Very frustrating. Read more
I usually like Little Caesars but this trip was awful. Ordered 2 thin crust pizzas (their special item at the time). Had to wait... about 20-25 minutes on them. Then when I got home they were burnt to the point almost half of them couldn't be ate and almost nosauce at all on them. Very disappointed. Doubt I will ever visit this location again. Read more
Called 30 mins in advance for 1 pepperoni 1 cheese. Pretty simple order. Plenty of time to be made correctly. Get home 20 mins... away to see both pizzas are under cooked and doughy. Had to throw them away Read more
It took approx 20 minutes to get a pepporoni pizza and breadsticks as they were packed. The pizza was fresh and hot, definitely... worth a little wait. Read more
