This is the second McDonald's I've been to in Georgia that's burned my daughter's hamburgers. I don't understand why people in... Georgia can't cook a simple burger. It's not hard. They were black and burnt and unappetizing. Gross. Will not return.Unacceptable. Read more

I ordered on line, Curbside, and waited over 15 minutes to get my food after arrival. Watched people get their food that arrived... after me. The fries were cold. Did not get a straw for the drink. I ordered a Diet Coke and got a Dr. Pepper. It was a mess. Ithink I will stick to the day crew. Read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. This was absolutely the worst McDonald's experience I have ever been to. Took us over 30... minutes to get our food in the drive through and we have to go inside and ask what the deal was with the wait. If I wanted towait that long for my food I would go to a sit down restaurant. They were serving cars that were way after us in the drivethrough before us. They didn't give us but one napkin and none of our sauces and half our food was cold. The inside of thebuilding smelled like urine as well. Absolutely the worst McDonald's ever. Will never come here again. Read more

I understand that fast food restaurants are the busiest on Friday and Saturday nights but please don't park some and then... proceed to give their food to someone else and then tell that person that it's going to be another 20+ minutes because youforgot about the order. Read more

Single star is for customer service/management! Manager would not give her number or name when asked - she directed my husband... to take a picture of the customer service number posted on the window. Manager had long dark hair, double pierced ears,glasses. Menu clearly posted 'Add any size ice coffee for $1.69' and listed flavors of vanilla, caramel or mocha. My husbandordered his sandwiches and added a large iced coffee with mocha flavor. What he got was an iced mocha, for which he was charged$3.95. When he questioned the charge and referred to the advertised deal, the young lady called the manager over. She told myhusband the iced coffee only came in vanilla, caramel or plain. She reimbursed the $3.95, assuring my husband that he had readthe sign wrong. He drove back through and took a picture of the sign, and reordered a large iced coffee, mocha flavor; and wasagain charged for an iced mocha. He corrected that he wanted iced coffee, and the charge was changed. When we got to the window,the manager was there, would NOT look at his picture, said they had no way to charge for what he was asking. She had the clerkadd mocha to his iced coffee and gave it to him free of charge. Corporate should change the sign OR provide a way to chargecorrectly for what is advertised. The Manager could have been MUCH more gracious about the situation. Read more

Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and a large fry. Get home to eat and this is what one of my double cheeseburgers looked like.... Either someone doesnt like their job or they just dont care. Thankfully i wasnt travelling n having to eat while Im driving or iwouldnt have been able to eat this. Need to do better!! Read more
