Food was good fresh and everything has made in it in the bag we've had issued with many other tacos bells not even putting all... our food in the bag but get mad at us for being upset that they forget them. This location has been pretty good for the mostpart tho do wish they'd pay more attention when we place our order on the app. I've ordered stuff and made sure to remove stufflike that nasty spicy ranch stuff but they don't always remove the stuff I ask. And they do have a habit of putting the Mexicanmirza at the bottom of the bag ans it crushes it and the cheese is all over the top of the box. So we always have to ask for ifin a separate bag to avoid this issue( this is every taco hell you don't want crushed Mexican pizza while ordering ask for themto put it alone in another bag ) Read more
Didn't seem like there was a desire to serve from servers. My burrito was awful, hardly any chicken or lettuce....mostly... tortilla. If I wasn't already half way home I would have come back and requested a new burrito. Read more
Use to come here for my lunch break during work and would use mobile order so I would still have time on my lunch break. Doors... are locked, and had to wait 20+ minutes in the drive thru during my 30 minute lunch break. No signs or anything stating thedoors were locked. Read more
Multiple times I?ve been here and asked for stuff to be excluded only to find it in my food after biting into it. Today I asked... to make sure that my order was how I placed it online and was told it was and still didn?t get my order the way I wanted.Luckily I?m not allergic to the things I ask to not be in there but the people working here need to do better because that?sconcerning because what if someone is asking for an exclusion because they are allergic. I have eaten at this Taco Bell location 3 times so far and 2 of them have been great experiences. I stopped in the day that they... opened and they did a fantastic job, I was in and out of the drive thru in a very timely manner and my order was correct andwell made. The next time wasn't a super great experience like the first. They were pretty packed, which is understandablebecause it was a weekday right as everyone gets off of work. I arrived at the speaker and placed my order. The girl taking myorder was friendly and got everything correct on the screen and when she read it back to me, so everything was going well. Igrabbed my food and got out of the parking lot because I didn't want to back up the line more than it already was. I arrivedhome shortly after and saw that they had gotten everything wrong...There was no extra meat and sauce as I had requested, acouple of items were missing, my drink was only half full and there was lettuce and tomatoes on everything, which i'm not a fanof. I was a little bummed but decided to give them a quick call before I ate anything and let them know that my whole order waswrong. The manager on the phone was incredibly nice and told us to ask for her the next time we came in and she would correctour order for us, no charge. We took her up on that offer and went inside, asked for her and she made sure we got a perfectorder. It was SO well made and was definitely the most neatly made order i've ever received from a fast food restaurant. I woulddefinitely recommend stopping by this location to grab a bite to eat. I had friends pick up an order consisting of a steak chalupa, a Mexican pizza, and 3 cheesy rice and bean burritos and while... they normally forget the napkins, this time they didn?t but did forget the sauces and it could have been waaaay more better withthose. Called to let the manager know what happened but she refused to give her name ( thinks she a C.I.A. Operative orsomething) and that wound up infuriating me more and I called her an expletive and hung up and called corporate to let them knowwhat type of leadership they have in place. But, the moral is to check everything before you walk away or drive away becauseit?s usually incomplete. Read more
