Horrible service. Waited forever in the drive through and at the window, just to be told they couldn't fill my order. I said, "I... just waited 30min at the window just to be told you don't have what I ordered? Why couldn't you have told me before?" They saidyes, and apologized but did not offer an alternative or compensation for my time and disappointment. Then they told me I shouldhave ordered through the app... The cashier at the window charged card twice. They were outnof JUICE! How tf are you a fast food restaurant taking long as hell... through the drive through and out of JUICE?! The burgers are all and cold. The pun fries sucked with burned bacon on tip. Justdisgusting ???? Read more

It's always something at this Wendy's location. This time it was they don't have ice last time it was the system was down. They... never get your order right. The girl at the drive-thru is rude (the one with the under-bite) she looks at you like she doesn'tcare if your order is right or not. Never ordering from there again. The sad thing is I love Wendy's food that place should becalled Endy's it's definitely not Wendy's. Read more

The facility has a modern and pleasant appearance*. (*See comment about parking) We ordered at the drive thru after 4pm on... Monday, and we haven't been to Wendy's in a long time. The listener was patient for my daughters to make their selections, andpolitely answered questions. The window attendant (likely the same person when you consider the headset she wore) was friendly,and informed us of each cup's contents while handing them out. We received an accurate order in a short time compared to mostfast food we have frequently visited. I would gladly return to this location for another satisfactory visit. Read more

Went through the drive through around 2:30pm on a SATURDAY. I ordered two biggie bags. One crispy chicken blt and one was the jr... bacon burger. Neither of the sandwiches had the bacon?. I thought ?maybe they were out and forgot to tell me.? However, thatturned into a quick NOPE. the nuggets AND fries were old. Fries seemed to be cooked in dirty oil. They tasted terrible and had aton of black specs all over them. (Looks like when you re-use oil too many times). And nuggets were cold and they looked likethey have been sitting. My Dr Pepper didn?t even taste right and was FLAT. Read more

This has got to be the most in consistent and horrible Wendy?s first off the ?new?fries that are suppose to be guaranteed hot... and fresh were cold, super salty, and cooked in old oil. Then I get all the way home and my Dave?s double burger ended up beingjust their cheep double cheeseburger drowned in ketchup I live on the other side of town so wasn?t about to drive all the wayback just to wait in line again to try to get them to fix it for me to go back home and eat lunch. I will most likely not bevisiting this Wendy?s again. The one on north 41 in the pilot gas station is usually always on point. Read more

Very bad experience. I bought a ceasar salad and opened it 1hr 15 mins later and the lettuce was brown. I called the store, no... one answered so I left a message. I returned the salad the next day. The manager said I can not get a refund but I can getanother salad, which I was fine with. He said these are the freshest we have and placed the salad in the bag. I took the saladout of the bag and it to consisted of old brown lettuce. I told and showed him. He said well if I go and make you a salad thelettuce is going to look the same and I can't give you a refund because it was purchased yesterday. So I took my recipe andleft. I contacted the customer care service and said what happened and showed pic and got an "oh my, I'm sorry to hear that".They asked for the store location which I gave and they they ended the chatt.
