Awesome restaurant experience for my first time being there. Looks good when you see the interior and the staff was awesome and... well mannered despite the busiest hours. I came up there and only redeemed the Big Snak Pak or however you call it and spell itin its unique way, but they treated me like a paying customer and let me know why they are a good choice for dining out again. Fast, fresh and the dining room was actually CLEAN. Cartersville Rome and Adairsville could learn a lot from here. I know... they're a different franchise but this location is night and day. The only Zaxby's I'll bother eating at in the surroundingarea. Read more

Manager was very unprofessional in handling a messed up order. I ordered Buffalo garlic and was given sweet and spicy and was... shorted an extra ranch that I paid extra for. She attempted not to give me my full refund. She even said I was making it seemlike she didn't do her job correctly. I said if your job was to dress my wings in Buffalo garlic and not sweet and spicy thenyou didn't do your job correctly on top of not refunding me the correct amount. She needs immediate retraining or to be let go! Read more
