I've visited this place both Dine in and Drive through and I've always been pleased. It was CLEAN!! Service was fast.
I moved here a year in January. I've gave this Subway store so many chances and I'm sure I will order here again...but, this is... the worse Subway store I've ever ate at...I was a Subway manager for many yrs...back when you had to complete Subway UniversityCourses and have a passing score...back to my point..I would hate to see your monthly heck, weekly inventory, food costetc....that's the only thing this store has for them and if could get orders correct would have people drive a few miles to eatthere. They love their meat portions ???? Wish this was my store back during my Subway days I could have cut cost in so manyways starting with payroll...no busier than your store I could run it myself an entire shift and never make a customer whocalled in the order...footlong and wrap waited 20mins went to pick the order up and had to stand there and wait 45mins fororder. Sorry if this store is privately/family owned and tied down to Subway contract but, it's only looking down for your store???? Read more
Worst subway. My order is almost always wrong and who knows how long you will be at the speaker before someone acknowledges you... if they ever do. Read more
Horrible service!!! Waited 30 minutes for our food to get home and both sandwiches were completely wrong. This has happened... the last 2 times we were here. Won't be back! Read more

Three separate occasions I have been done wrong. First time we called in the order and when we got there we needed to add a six... inch meatball sub, we waited almost an hour for a six inch sub that was halfway made and sat on the counter for forty fiveminutes while they made everyone else's food first. Second time was walk in, was told night shift didn't prep anything the nightprior and we had to change what we wanted according to what they had available so we wouldn't have to wait an hour again. Thistime we did mobile order, two subs were correct and the one chicken bacon ranch was made wrong. The ticket plainly said what myinjured brother wanted on it, but it was made with Fritos and other things that don't even go on the sandwich. We don't havemany places to eat in the city of Calhoun so for a franchise such as subway to be in our little town you'd expect good foodservice. But that is not the case. Our food is always wrong or we have to wait forever to get it. My visits to subway havegotten few and far between because I'm done wrong every time. About worst service with a subway. Always 20 min drive thru wait. Always seem to busy for you even though you're the only... customer. Always get atleast one (if not more) sandwich wrong...just a joke. Read more
