Kimmie was my amazing host for the night's dinner. I had the 8oz Sirloin cooked as I asked to medium rare. This came with the... mashed potatos and steamed broccoli. Incredibly courteous and polite staff! With all of the selections, let's just say there is plenty to choose from. The location... is super convenient... Kudos to the all the staff/s. The negatives, parking is terrible and most spots are tight for a pickuptruck. Bathrooms a filthy, plus the place really needs a makeover! Food portions seem to be getting smaller. However, I wouldstill recommend eating there, so i give them 4 stars.. Read more

Should have known that this was going to be a horrible experience. First, the hostess sat us a dirty table and I had to ask her... to clean it for us. The waitress had a few tables and came around to get our drink order 15 minutes later. My 22 year olddaughter ordered an alcoholic beverage and our waitress never asked to see an id. Her drink took 15 more minutes to receive. Wenever got napkins and we had to ask for those. Our order took 40 minutes to arrive at the table. Waitress never asked norbrought refills. We had to flag down a random worker to get them. Two desserts were ordered and one came out and the next onecame 15 minutes later. The one that came out 15 minutes later was an ice cream sundae. It was completely melted and running allover the sides of the glass cup. At this point, I got up and took the "hot mess" of an ice cream to the manager and asked him ifhe would eat that. He brought out another and gave it to me for free. We waited 25 minutes after we were done eating for boxesand the check. I've never sat in a restaurant this long and the whole experience was an absolute nightmare! I hate not giving atip because I ALWAYS give more than 20%. With such poor service, I sadly did not leave one. Will NOT be going back there. Read more
Terrible! We got there and got seated at a dirty table with food all over it and food in the booth seats. They wiped it with... regular hand napkins and no spray to disinfect the table and there was still food on it after that. Then they got mad at mebecause I requested a clean table, which a customer should never have to do. They claimed they were short staffed, but therewere so many employees just standing around socializing. Either way, that is no excuse to sit someone at a dirty table andbarely clean it off. There were dead flies on the counter in the bathroom. I never got my water refills even after I asked forone. The food wasn't that bad but they didn't get it right. I also don't feel like I should be charged to change my side fromfries to a side salad. I don't think we will be returning to this Applebee's for a very long time, unless it's for drinks at thebar. First of all, I ordered from this place last night. I got 2 separate orders for myself and my boyfriend. He was terrified when... he found a piece of metal in his food!!! I don?t even understand HOW this happens but he had to throw away his food. Btw, thiswas ordered for him to eat during his overnight watch so I am highly disappointed. Secondly, my food wasn?t much better. I hada chicken Alfredo which the chicken was just barely cooked. The pasta itself had no flavor. It?s like they didn?t even addsauce. I am just so disappointed but I feel like I am too nice to give one star. Read more

There were four of us for dinner. Two of us ordered hamburgers and the hamburger buns were dry and hard. My husband ordered... shrimp the shrimp was very tiny and undercooked doughy inside he said and I ordered fish and I received three small pieces offish that were very fishy tasting and gross. I expected to taste cod but the fishy taste overwhelmed it. We have no plans ofeating there ever again. Read more
