Ordered a 3 egg omelette (with egg whites). 45 minutes later, I got the omelette with what only appeared to be 1.5 eggs,... scrambled, with half a serving of hash browns. The eggs were also over cooked. After waiting that long, I didn't botherbringing up the issues. The waitress was nice, I don't blaim her, but this is the worst experience I've had at a Bob Evans. Placed order online got there to pick it up its cold. Had ordered an omelet and it was sitting open not even folded over much... less was greasy along with the sausages and only browned on one side. Other meal was sausage and gravy the biscuits were likehockey pucks. We won't be going there again. Read more
This was the worst dining experience at a Bob Evans that I?ve ever had. We were seated promptly, our waitress took our orders,... and most of us ordered burgers. One ordered breakfast and the other had the Avocado chicken. We waited 55 minutes for our foodfor five people, and there were only two-three of the other tables in the whole restaurant that were full. Our waitress nevergave us drink refills, we tried to ask but she never came back to our table. Once we got our food, one of our guests was missingall of the toppings on his burger so everyone shared their lettuce and tomato off of theirs because we didn?t want to wait anylonger. The table next to ours had to walk up to the counter to ask the waitress for their receipt because she never came backto them either I assume. This was unfortunate because we had brought a friend from out of town to the restaurant since he hadnever had bob evans before, and this was by far the worst dining experience at a bob evans we?ve ever had. Wish I had 2 sets of hands to give this place 4 thumbs down. This place is a disaster. I placed a $40 online order one sunday... morning a few weeks ago. 45 minutes after my designated pick up time, I was told it would be atleast another hour before ourfood came out. There were atleast 20 people waiting to be seated or to get refunds while all of this transpired. Half of thestaff were hiding and the other half were engaged in deep convo about how rude the customers are. All I could do was laugh. I'mstill waiting for my refund and/or call back from some manager. Not holding my breathe. I wonder how many health code violationstheir breaking everyday since they run such a tight ship around there. Read more
So this restaurant's been my go-to for several years however today I was severely let down. Thankfully my check was taken care... of however here was my problem. The order was delivered at a time limit but was incorrect I requested toast instead of biscuitsand received biscuits I asked for hash browns and received home fries when I brought it up the toast was brought out and hashbrowns were brought out however as you can see the hash browns were severely undercooked barely thawed out and extremely greasyas well as being undersized. Understanding that it was thanksgiving day, but the food was subpar, my sons bacon was burnt, my pancakes were overcooked and... dry, my girls gravy was like pudding, and eggs that I had ordered over-medium were snotty. The service was almost non existent,our server tried to bring us food for a different table three times, and when I went to ask for silverware, I was told that theywere out of silverware by one girl behind the counter, like how in the hell does Bob Evans run out of silverware. Finally oneof the girls behind the counter told me that they needed to roll more, doesn't matter to me I just need it so our table can eattheir food, so I waited for them to roll more. There was only 2 servers that I saw in the front of house and when we arrived theplace wasn't really busy except for takeout orders, but we waited for about an hour and a half for our food.
