Went to pick up a mobile order at 10PM. Only option was curbside; wouldn?t let me select drive thru and lobby doors were locked.... I waited for a half hour and called 8 times with no answer before finally leaving. There?s no way to cancel the order. An hourlater, I received an email that my pick up processed and my card was charged. I?m giving their corporate customer service onechance before I dispute the charge. I found out apparently this is a common practice for employees at this location. Theycompletely shut the restaurant down whenever they want (not filling orders, ignoring drive thru, locking the doors) so they cantake extended breaks all together. I don?t blame the employees. The leadership that manages these employees and allows thisbehavior to happen needs to be fired. Read more

Food tastes odd for McDonald's as though the oil isn't changed enough. Check your order if it's busy. I had to return twice... for missing items. Biggest issue was that phone number or email on receipt was not responded to. For the money, would recommendother options. Read more

Service is horrible and the drive thru line takes forever and the employees always have a horrible attitude. It's almost always... guaranteed your order will be wrong when you get it also. Read more

They allow employee Men to come into the bathrooms while a mother and a young daughter are in there using the restroom. He... walked out of the restroom so that we could use it but came back in after we went into the stall and then directly beside thestall pretending to sweep? I reported it to the manager and she acted as if it was a normal thing. I ask for corporate numberand she refused to give it to me? Read more

As I've reviewed before, it's a mcdonalds and your kids will be happy. As for the location, the lines move quickly and the staff... seem friendly. Read more

Service past 8 is absolutely crazy. Drive thru line took over 30 minutes. They would only take four cars orders then let... everyone sit, I assume to make their drive thru numbers look good. No way to cancel an order on the McDonald?s app so you?reforced to just sit and wait. Read more

I spent fifty minutes in the drive through and was sent over to curbside to wait for my order. I was told to go in a spot that... required me to turn the wrong way in a one-lane drive, and have to repark to not cut off other parked cars due to the slantedparking spots. After about another ten minutes of waiting I was brought the wrong order with my McFlurry missing. I was able toget my correct food after another few minutes but spent another twenty or so minutes still waiting for the McFlurry. When theybrought it out it was the wrong type but I just took it as to not be waiting another twenty minutes. So now I have the wrongMcFlurry, cold food, and I'm out nearly two hours of time when including drive time. All for one meal and a treat. I feel badfor the guy running out orders, you could tell he was trying! Gave an extra star for his effort. Not sure what the heck wasgoing on this time, I ain't ever have so many issues with this location at this time of night before. Read more

This location is like your typical McDonald's location. There is nothing special about this McDonald's. The staff here is... friendly and helpful. The drive-through is slow and takes forever. The food is average. The prices are average for the area. This location does need to improve the speed at which the drive thru is ran. Read more
