Usually I like panda express... but tonight OMG.... it looks like someone ate part of my dinner... my husband and I have the... same thing. Fried rice, orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. I asked for teriyaki sauce on the rice. So my husband owns it andsays 'I guess you are some on the drive home?' It looks like some body ate 1/2 my dinner... and only 1 package of teriyakisauce. Would not provide us with a spare box to take our kids' leftovers to go. The manager stated they couldn't give us another box... for leftovers without us paying for an entire new meal. We had two young kids (under 3). It was a simple request met with verypetty customer service. Read more

Always out of everything. Every single time I have been to this location they are out of ALOT or there is a wait for 2 or 3... items. Tonight they didn't even have straws for drinks and the list of things they don't have is longer than the menu of whatsavailable. Definitely needs a better manager. I feel terrible for the staff having to constantly disappoint customers or tellthem they don't have most items. Told it would be a 5 minute wait and still waiting 10 minutes later. Read more

The Manger named Lashawnda was very Rude and Unprofessional She just helps out when she wants to and makes the orders she feels... like making. I went there to pick up a online order and it wasn't ready she stated that it would be ready in five or six minutes after that time it still wasn't ready. I asked again how much more longer will the order be will the order be ready andshe just acted Nonchalant as if she didn't care. Everyone Else around me received there orders while I was still waiting.Something needs to be done about this there are going to loose business if this continues. Extremely Unprofessional! Read more

Very disappointed. The portioned was cheated Ii ordered the teryki 3 pieces of meat. I also ordered the half and half clearly... its not half and half. Was the food good yes! You should get what you pay for. Read more
