This Popeyes never gets my order right. Whether I?m at the restaurant or ordering on DoorDash. They need employees who can read... an order and put those items in a bag for their paying customers. I went to get a chicken meal. It was about 6:15 p.m. They were out of slaw and dirty rice. I ordered half and half of a chicken... meal. Meaning half spicey and half mild. The woman taking my order didn't understand what I was asking for. That is a first.Every time that I go to this Popeyes they are out of food that I want to order. Ordered 10 piece meal today. Girl taking the order was very short and rude. Asked smartly ?you want mild or spicy?. Then asked... what I wanted for my sides. I said I would like red beans and that?s all I got out when she responded ?we ain?t got no beans andrice. Finished my order and then she smartly asked ?is that it?? Said yes and she gave me my total. Got to the window and shejust looked at me with her hand out for the money. She took my money and just leans back to hands me my change like it was outof her way to help me. I am from Florida and we love the delicious Cajun spices of Popeyes chicken and their iced tea but this Popeyes here in... California, Maryland is just not worth another trip to. The Chicken was bland, the Cajun rice was something but not Cajun orgood. The iced tea tasted like they added water because it had no sweetness or flavor. Around 12:15p I left this location maybe 15 min after returning for a second time to fix my order. I ordered the chicken... sandwich w/ frozen lemonade deal. The guy at the counter told me they were waiting on the sandwich?they weren?t. My food wassitting waiting to be picked up. Guy didn?t even make an effort to say it was ready. I leave with the meal only to find thefries are cold, sandwich is warm, and the lemonade was straight-up liquid, not on ice, not somewhat slushy, just liquid. I wentback in to get a correction. He told me the [frozen ice] machine is broken. **Well if that?s the case, why not say something?!?You charge me for a frozen drink then let me leave hoping I wouldn?t notice?! ** I asked for substitute- he gave me a regularlemonade and new fries - cool. Ok, usually slow, but tonight, bad slow. Then I get home and this is what I got. Cold fries and what is supposed to be a spicy... chicken sandwich has a chicken thigh in it, with BONE!!! Are you kidding me? They were out of strawberry lemonade when I gotto the window so I said make it a sweet ice tea instead. Watched her fill cup 1/4 of the way then it stopped. She startedmaking some. Huge buckets going to take some time. I just called to her and said give me a regular lemonade so the peoplebehind me don't have to wait any longer. I order the 6 Tenders 2 Can Dine meal that should've come with 6 tenders, 2 biscuits and 2 regular sides (beans and rice and... coleslaw). I used the app for this order and when I drove up to the actual window with they tell me that they only have friesfor any of the sides. I was shocked as I didn't want fries at all and had to settle for all fries. How do you run out of allsides? I've never heard of that happening. I couldn't get my money back as they app had already taken it out. The App needs acomplete overhaul to let people know when something isn't available and not charge someone until they check in at the store. Asfor what I got, the biscuits were inedible and thrown out, the chicken tenders were dry and some of them you couldn't tell anychicken was in it. The last time I got tenders there, they were moist and good. No quality control. Corporate Popeyes hadcontacted me the day after and took care of it. Thankfully there is another Popeyes in town I can go to in the future. Read more
