Used to come and experience was great all around. Now, every time I have come here, no one is here to greet you. When they do... get around to it, takes them forever to figure out where to sit you, even though the place is empty most of the time. The foodquality did take a dip, but seems to be good again. The hostess wasn't very friendly, but I absolutely loved the waitress! I've never received drinks so fast after ordering, it was... almost instant! The food came out pretty quickly as well and was all delicious. The only complaint is the pizza wasn't good, ittasted like a microwave pizza with a cardboard crust- don't recommend. Wonderful experience here, from the hostess who made sure I felt comfortable knowing there were gluten-free practices in place,... to our attentive (and also vigilant about food allergies) waiter. Got the royal...been eating at RR for years and over time the food seemed to get less and less of quality. My most recent visit... went very well and the food was pretty damn good. Food was cooked good. Staff was friendly and always on time. Hope it staysthis way. Read more

My deepest apologize for not having photos for this review. But I can say that Red Robin in California, MD is the best burger... joint in town. Great service, the food was hot, and prepared with care. I would recommend Red Robin to any one looking toupgrade from fast food burgers. The pretzel bites are heavenly with a light crunch outside and soft inside and hot. Mostrestaurants serve food that is between almost hot and lukewarm. Go to Red Robin they will not disappoint. I've been here many times before, but usually it's a lot more crowded. I guess because it was a Monday afternoon there weren't... many people there. I ordered a burger I hadn't tried before, which was the Royal Red Robin burger, but subbed in the Impossibleburger. I honestly thought they messed up the burger because of the way the egg looked, but it turned out I'm dumb. I justlooked at the menu right now and it does NOT come with a FRIED egg (at least not the way it's advertised). I feel like that'skind-of weird, but ok. Anyway, the burger was good, even though I took it home and ate it later on, because I filled up onfries at the restaurant. The people I went with were not fans of the flavored ice tea (peach and raspberry). They asked thewaitress what it's flavored with and she said it's cane sugar.
