they are literally always out of every single drink and food item?like do they not restock like a normal store??
I went there to get a fairly standard drink you can pretty much get anywhere (hazelnut iced coffee) and the entire experience... was terrible. I was one of two people in the store and it took me almost 10 minutes to take my order. The barista/cashier thenhad a snotty attitude while taking my order for absolutely no reason. And then they were out of hazelnut and the barista tookpleasure smugly telling me that they were out. They also don't do mobile orders which was a problem in a previous visit when Iwas picking up a drink for a friend that she had placed to apparently the wrong location (there are 2 on the same street and theapp doesn't say that this location doesn't do on-the-go ordering). I would honestly give this location a 0.5 rating if possiblebecause the customer service is always mediocre at best even when they are having a slow day. Read more
Unless you like flies on your drinks, food, ...you. this location is no bueno... easily counted 30 + flies on the counter, in... the pastry case and on the serving line. Read more
Our Barista Rachel was SO sweet! Everytime we come into target we make a stop in here! I'm the coffee drinker but my husband... is not, however Rachel gave us a few suggestions that she thought he would like and offered him a lemonade (????) she worked ata fast pace and we hope to see her next time we come in! Our Barista, Rachel, was very pleasant and accommodating at our visit to the Target store in California, MD yesterday. She made... sure she understood our order and was willing to make a special drink even though it wasn't on the menu. Read more
So I asked for a venti white chocolate creme frappuccino and with no ice with caramel drizzle on top and tbh I already knew they... wouldn't make it but the only thing they said was oh we cant make that because it would mess it up well if they had a strainerto flush out the ice and keep the drink that would work but instead I got a iced mocha frap with no ice and some caramel on thewalls of my drink which I couldn't even taste. And then my total was 7 dollars... seven dollars for a drink with milk andcaramel on the walls I did ask for no coffe but at least put some whip creme on top to add the caramel on the top. Very slow service. Had to wait over 20 minutes just to get one of my 3 orders done. Also had to wait more than 5 minutes just to... get helped. They need to pick up the pace or they will go out of business very fast as people will go to the other Starbucksless than a mile away Read more
Hands down one of the worst Starbucks experiences. Mobile ordering is supposed to be CONVENIENT!!!!! Waiting 45 min for coffee... is crazy!!! The drive thru staff is always better than inside. But go to Prince Frederick Starbucks. The best in SoMD!!!!! Read more
