They always get it right. All of our orders have been via Door Dash. We've ordered from this place quite often since they've... opened locally. No major complaints overall. 90% of the time food has been great, we understand COVID has changed the contextof certain foods. Just wish they would allow special requests for certain items. I'm giving it a 4/5. The waitress was new, but she was very nice (probably the friendliest waitstaff I've had in a very long... time) and helped accommodate us with a larger booth for our family member who needed it. The interior is kind-of sparce. Iguess it's supposed to be like an industrial style. Not much ambiance, especially if you previously went here when it was theother restaurant brand (not sure if I'm allowed to say the name here). At least the AC was working well, and basically nobodywas there at the time we went midday on a weekday. The sweet potato fries were very good. I wish they'd give you more frieswith your burger, though. The way that the ice cream sundae is presented is super weird. I'm not sure why it's on a plateinstead of in a bowl. Also, the ice cream was not very creamy or like a normal ice cream texture. It was like they keep it attoo cold of a temperature or something. My family member who also got the ice cream said it "tasted weird". It was justsupposed to be vanilla ice cream with syrup and whipped cream on it, so Idk. I got sick afterwards, right after I got home, butthe other 2 people that came with me didn't. So, I guess something disagreed with my stomach. Maybe it was the Beyond Burgerthat I got. Food is always pretty good. Not fantastic, but worth the price. The service however, is not great. The servers are very nice,... but they get my order wrong fairly often. The manager just walks around, doesn't help anybody. He occasionally will ask somebodyhow they are doing but also has staff visibly struggling and does not try to manage that. We once sat at the bar and waited 15minutes trying to get a bartender's attention and had no luck. Food is tasty though and it's worth stopping in for lunch when itis slow. Read more

I just ordered from here for the first time. It was kind of disappointing. The cheeseburgers are okay but Ive had better. The... Crab dip is laughable. Where is the crab? It is mostly cheese and old bay. I only got half of a small cup of dip for $14.99. Read more

Decided to get a to go order from Green Turtle in California. 2 of us ordered the Korean Salmon Bowl. Portions way off and kids... chicken tender meal has more food than 1 of the salmon bowl entree. My drink was bomb, you can never go wrong with a Margarita!!!! Salted Rim!!! My home girl didn't care for her Strawberry-Peach... Sangria. The Fried Calamari was good but a lil too greasy. The crab dip was BOMB ???? tho!!! Best I've had in a while. I alsoordered the Garlic Parm Wings and Loaded Fries but I forgot to take pics lol, they were mediocre any ways!!!
