Will never return to this store. Had a racial encounter by an associate, I contacted the store and absolutely nothing was done,... not even an apology, so it?s clear they do not take racism serious in this establishment. Lesson learned. Update: Received agift card for a free smoothie for the incident but honestly that doesn?t make up for how that employee made me feel. Iappreciate the gesture but I won?t be back. Staff is so friendly, good food & delicious smoothies.

Good drinks decent food for on the go but whatever you do don't order the consumable straws. I try and do better by paying the... dollar extra for the consumable one but no matter how much I order the same exact thing and no matter how much I call to have itfixed and no matter how many times I pay for that consumable straw, the workers can't seem to read at a 1st grade level to everdeliver the consumable straw with the order. One of the better tropical smoothie locations , have never gotten an order wrong ????

This is my third time returning to the cafe for the avocolada smoothie. The first two times were amazing service and taste. But... this time I happen to be dressed in my cultural outfit stopping by after my Friday prayers and the service was horrible as wellas the taste. They've ruined my favorite avocolada smoothie. Went to get my mobile order and the boy working today at 1:20pm completely ignored me. He handed a female customer her smoothies... and continued to talk to her. An older gentleman went inside and he waited along with us. The boy acknowledged the man and askedhim if he was picking up. The man gave his name and he received his order. I went up to the counter and was still ignored.Finally one of the girls who was working noticed me and asked about my order. She was super nice. She was also the only blackgirl there and I am also black. In no way do I believe this place is racist. I don't even think the boy is racist but possiblyyoung and ignorant. I was dressed bum-like and maybe he just didn't feel like serving me. Or he just was too busy focused on thegirl that was there before me and trying to impress her.
