For the most part the customer service isn?t horrible, but I wouldn?t say it?s anything special either to brag about. There?ve... been 2 people at the most I?ve had very great service from here, rest are average. I will caution others though that sometimesif you order from here via DoorDash they will screw up the order.. like others stated, I think they should focus on not justspeed of service but the quality and correctness of it as well. All in all the gas prices aren?t that bad either & I come hereregularly, mostly bc their restrooms are always open lol, and the store is always brightly lit and for the most part clean (justgotta watch the bathrooms sometimes it can be good or totally trashed up) staff is good though at making sure it?s cleaned ifnot right away then at least for the next day lol Read more

The Buffalo loaded fries they served me were a hot mess. Literally! Wow, the amount of sauce they used really damaged the... quality of the crispy chicken and fries. The fries were soggy and unimpressive. The chicken would have been the bomb if they hadjust cut back on the sauce. My son is a buffalo sauce super fan, and even he couldn't finish his order. The cashier Greg was extremely rude and acted very hostile towards me, he raised his voice at me and kept screaming ID ID ?. He... was agitated that I asked for a pack of Capri cigarettes that he could not find but yet I?ve purchased that kind of cigarettesbefore at this Wawa location and other Wawa as well. He didn?t seem concerned with my request instead he just wanted to hurry upand get rid of me. When I asked to purchase a lottery ticket he in condescending and Patronizing tone told me to go to themachine. I left there feeling very stressed out. I felt like wawa does not want my business even though I spent over $55 dollarsin gasoline, lottery and cigarettes I was treated like a burden instead of a customer. I own a business locally and willdefinitely tell all my friends and customers about my experience at wawa. Read more

Stop having orderable food items on the Kiosk during breakfast time if your employees can't actually make it! I've wasted so... much money trying to order speciality lunch items like the gobbler bowls and turkey subs, only to be told ten minutes later thatthey can't make that item. Friendly and fast staff. But maybe too fast. Please make sure you take time to complete food properly. Ordered the breakfast... spicy turkey quesadilla. Took a piece out of the box. Tortilla felt warm in the hand. Then I took a bite. The egg, turkeyand cheese all tasted like they just came out of a 40 degree refrigerator. The combo was too awful and threw it away. If I wasstill at store, would have asked for new one or heat this one thoroughly. Coffee was fresh and hot though even for so late inthe morning, so props there. Read more

They make good food but fail to relay the correct number of the order that is ready. Durring today?s lunch rush I had to wait an... extra 10-15 mins on an order that was ready, the gentleman was just calling the number wrong. He was calling my numberincorrectly, thus staring at my order ready for an extra 10-15 mins. Slow down and pay attention please. Read more
