Very aggravated had to use new computer order. board while 4 employees played around and talked. The garbage was over flowing... they had no unsweet tea or sweet tea made and then we were the only customers and took over 12 minutes to get ice cream and wehad to ask to get it , because they were to busy talking! Went in here for a meal. Upon entering I noticed how dirty the place was. Tiles in entry way were filthy etc. Went to kiosk. Put... in my order. It tells me to grab a number. There are no numbers. I go to counter. Nobody notices me for the longest time. Thenfinally she comes over and tells me they don?t have any and just put in 1. I go back to pay the kiosk and it won?t take my card.I wait again at the counter. Finally she comes over. I tell her the thing won?t read my card. She tells me to wait. And walksaway. Nope. I?m gone. McDonald?s you had your chance. Your intention to shift the world into AI service isn?t working. I?ll begoing to my locally owned eatery where the food is great and the service is fantastic. The understaffed manager choose to unlock the lobby and let the High Scool baseball team, I was driving, in and serve them. The... staff did a excellent job of getting all the orders done in a timely fashion!! Nice to see this at the California, MissouriMcDonald's. Read more
