When I walked in the staff was so friendly and kind and the ingredients were pristine and the service was great. Only 3 stars... cause I've been here a bunch of times previously and generally the staff is dismissive and seems annoyed you're there. Read more
Run away! Worst Subway experience of my life! Got a chicken protein bowl. For the price being more than a sub, you'd think... they'd make up for no bread by being happy to give you a fair share of veggies. Most Subways do. This one was out of justabout everything or just had scraps left. I guess refilling the prep work was too much to ask. Got about 10 leaves of spinachon it, 7 tiny tomato ends(out of middle pieces), got the dregs of the green peppers from the bottom of the container, waited anextra 2 minutes for him to find a handful of banana peppers in the back, had the last half squirt of the sauce I wanted, andfound the fountain drink running only water. I know this sounds like a hidden camera show(I had that thought) but it is noexaggeration. Then, to top it off, "they had no change" so I was forced to use a card, only to have the elderly bald guy behindthe counter intrude on the screen AND PRESS THE BUTTON FOR GIVING HIMSELF AN 18% TIP! When I called him out on it, he gives ahalf hearted "oh sorry" rather than giving me those 2 dollars back! If I owned this place, this guy would be fired. He'sgiving Subway a very bad name. Read more
Ordered 2 subs. After picking them up and taking them home I was quite mad at the sight of them. The bread was so burnt on both... of them that you couldn't even eat them. We had to scoop out the middle and put them on regular pieces of bread to eat. Read more
My lord this place has gone down hill. Ask for hot food? They give it to you cold. Chicken breast? How about chopped up chicken... pieces. It?s so frustrating and sad. After years of coming here I?ll never come back. I?ll go to the subway up at Walmart. Atleast they understand ?HEAT THE CHICKEN?. Read more
Store opens at 9:00. I arrived at 9:47, and the employees were just standing in there while the lights were out and the door was... locked. I got back in my car. Then one employee finally opened the store. I come here when I absolutely have to because there'sreally nowhere to eat good food in California, PA. If you tell these Subway employees "don't put a lot of onions on mysandwich," their brain doesn't compute that request and they still put a big ol' handful of onions on the sandwich. The tablesare always dirty as well. And this is still a better option for food in California, PA.... or rather one of the only options. Ifyou can drive 10 miles away from here to eat, you should.
