The food at Thai Chili was excellent,as usual. However,soup in the pot wasnt warm enough. We asked the waitress 2 times for... extra sugar for our tea,didn't get it. Was not asked if we wanted refills on the teas. When we walked in to meet our party, whowas already seated,the same waitress did not ask if we wanted drinks. I had to call her over to get our order. She didn't ask ifI was ready to have my soup bowl removed,she just took it. She didn't ask if we wanted any chili with our meals or extra soysauce. When I ordered my meal,granted I take awhile to decide,she became frustrated and walked away with an attitude. I did haveto get her attention again instead of her coming back to see if I was ready. We did not tip much on our checks. She came back tothe table with the signed checks to ask if we had a problem with our meal. I started to explain about our complaint,but myboyfriend only let me complain about the temperature of the soup. He then told her that was all. I felt like I should have toldher all of it because she asked. It wasn't as though the restaurant was crowded when we were there. It was actually before thedinner hour when we arrived. Like I said,the food was excellent!! Have never had a problem with our meals. We try to eat at ThaiChili at least once a month. We will continue to eat there whenever the urge strikes again. Excellent Thai food. Their spiciness is very accurate. If you have a low spice tolerance, ask for mild. Great portions for great... prices. We always get two meals from each dish. Highly recommend! Read more

I came in for a carry-out pickup and it was a big order, so I... brought my own list to check, and without me asking, the hostess at the register sweetly offered to check my list for me to makesure we had everything. I always make a point to stop here for lunch when I am working in the area. Great lunch specials to choose from. The place is... clean and decorated nicely. Staff is friendly and service is good. Fresh ingredient?s and very flavorful. I do wish they put alittle more vegetables in their Pad Thai. Overall it?s still a good place to eat. Read more

Food is amazing and prices are great however the serving staff is extremely rude! One of the ladies called me a liar for no... reson. I tried to apologize and express what I was talking about. She didnt care. Just continued to call me a liar. The take outservice has always been kind respectful. I recommend trying this place but only for take out. Read more
