Ordered online and they exceeded the time. The store was in disarray and drink station broken. Boxes of potatoes were on the... front counter. The gal in charge would not refund my money after i observed employees touching their faces and hair while alsohandling the food and chicken. No one knew what was going on here. Called Samantha the DM her voicemail not set up. Who is thisplace. Why are they such a mess. Do not eat here. Read more

I made an order to pickup about a month ago and when I got home i realized they messed up my order. I called and spoke to a guy... who said I could either go back to pick up the correct order or they would take my info to get them another day. I chose to getit another day as I had already made it home. Come today to eat and also claim the order they messed up on previously and thecashier had me speak to a manager lady who comes to say they had no knowledge of it and that they only give a week to claim theorder they messed up on. Which of course was not said when I originally called. Also, the cashier and manager had bad attitudesand the manager didn?t even apologize for their miscommunication. Read more

It?s sad when they first opened I came and was very happy because it?s a lot closer then the Beaumont location to my home. Well... tonight I will never be going back to this location and will make the drive to Beaumont. Poor customer service, ordered the15.99 deal on the app of a 20 piece and fries and did 3 different flavors that were all stuffed in the same box, which oneflavor was BBQ and had barely any sauce on the chicken and instead of asking to recook it they gave me a side of BBQ sauce. I?dsay at least half of the chicken was over cooked and barely any seasoning/sauce on them. I ordered buffalo fries well done ndthey we?re definitely not well done but the Male worker that apparently cooked them argued with me instead of asking to recookthem. After the horrible attitude I decided to just ask for a refund which resulted in the worker walking out and saying he?staking his break. But I did get help from a young lady that was very respectful even tho it wasn?t her store she was justcovering a shift. I was never rude or yelled at anyone just simply not gonna eat somthing that looks horrible. The chicken wasall together until I asked for another box for the bbq chicken when they handed me the bbq sauce, and sadly didn?t get a pictureof the horrible buffalo fries. I?ve never written a bad review, but this place has some really poor employees. We ordered at 8:12 pm, did not receive our food... until 8:53 pm. 20 wings and a fry. After 25 minutes they told us they were waiting on our fries. 5 minutes later, we saw twopeople who ordered after us get their food (one was for 50 wings and another included fries). Seeing that, I asked if our foodwas coming, because I saw those people get their food already. I was told they were waiting on our fries, even though they justgave fries to the person who ordered after us. It took another 10 minutes for our food, and when the girl gave us our food shegave us a cold and dirty look. My wife loudly crinkled the bag as she grabbed it and sarcastically said thank you, because atthis point we were pretty irritated, with which we were met with an equally sarcastic ?you?re so very welcome? from the girl inthe kitchen. Immediately after, the girl working the register informed us we were no longer allowed in the restaurant. We didn?tyell at anybody, we didn?t throw anything, we didn?t make a scene of any kind. Very very poor customer service to ban us simplybecause we asked why our food was taking so long. I didn?t catch the name of the girl who banned us, but she was a slimAfrican-American woman with a chest tattoo (I?m guessing a manager). She was initially very friendly and helpful when we placedour order and apologized to other customers for the wait. Never said a word of sorry to us and as soon as we asked why our foodwas taking so long her entire attitude changed. I wouldn?t come back even if I was allowed to. Read more
