Nice historic bar and restaurant. I gave a 3 for the building. About the onion soup people raved about,we'll to me it was... flavorless with very little onions. Onion soup should have at least 3 different onions and should be close to caramelized. Also should have a nice flavor of beef/onion. I had the Kahlua pulled pork. This sandwich was also lacking a sauce but ketchupcures most. On the good side my wife had the bbq pork grilled wrap which she enjoyed and I should have had. All not lost whenthe wife is happy with her dinner we're all happy ???? ?? ????. Told server we bring soup first to enjoy but she brought maincourse a minute later. I can honestly say this was the best food I have ever had anywhere! French onion soup... perfect. Burger was fresh and oh so... tasty! Fries were awesome. Very clean place. I had a peek in the kitchen not only was it clean but it was running to perfection.The Michigan house will become a regular eatery when we vacation up north. Service was excellent. Read more
Decided on a whim to get lunch at this place & it was a good decision on my part I say. This place is heavily but perfectly... decorated, they have booths & bar seats. Historic building with somewhat of a back story I believe. My food was absolutelydelicious & our waitress was a doll! Bathroom was decorated too, haha. I recommend this place, highly. Read more
French onion soup is just okay, broth lacks body. Chips are really good and well spiced. Didn?t enjoy the Cowboy IPA (maybe... Belgian yeast), but the Oatmeal Stout was quite good. Read more
