Dear Calumer Subway, Please teach Thomas Perala (the blonde one) to make the subs more neatly. I watched him just throw... (literally) all of the veggies on there and they were everywhere (not on the sub), he also did not toast my friends chickenbreast (not the sandwich, she just gets the chicken breast toasted/cooked) so her chicken was freezing cold. Gave the Calumet location three chances. The first time, the two young men were in over their head. I was told "that it would... be awhile" before they could help me. Too many online orders. The second day, everything was fine. Fresh gloves, helpfulattitude. Yesterday, I was given a hard time for my order (i have a life-threatening food allergy, I advise staff at thebeginning of the order, or try to, I'm usually ignored or interrupted), but it was prepared properly, albeit grudgingly. Today,i was again ridiculed for my order, repeated requests to change gloves went unheard/ignored. Food was made to my request,again, begrudgingly, mockingly. I will not be back. I will go hungry before i will give Subway another dime. Read more
Ryan L and the new guy there were great, however there was a girl working there, Winter, who was rude, hickeys all over her neck... and was rolling her eyes at us while we ordered. She was so unfriendly, and this has been the worst experience I've had at thislocation. Read more
Staff is always extremely friendly and service is always extremely fast. Store looks to be kept up well, even during a busy... lunch period. There is definitely one or two employees who can speed-make your sub and they are my favorites!! Read more
If I worked for that manager, I'd quit. Food was ok though.
