I used to love this place back in its ?glory days? , but wow, awful service. Arrived and waited nearly 20 minutes for a server... to ask for a drink order. After ordering we waited another 15 minutes for a food order. In the past my wings, (glorified chickennuggets) were lathered in sauce and served piping hot in individual boats of my sauce choosing but now look absolutely patheticsevered on a single cookie sheet barely even covered in sauce. To top it off, the waiter (who may have been stoned) left it upto me to distribute our 4 different billed orders for our table. BUT this isn?t all. He messed up the charges for literally all4 of the different orders and had us all re-do the transactions?. This is my first review and I am sorry but this has been theabsolute worst dining experience in years. PS. Im 31 and not a Karen, this was just BAD. The staff was super nice, however they are severely under staffed. Waited about 25 minutes for drinks, our waiter didn?t check... on our table, and the food was warm at best. The drinks were also not great. Overall staff and customer service were lacking Read more
This place closes at midnight...I got there at 10:30p. The waitress seemed to be rushing us to order and when sis brought the... food out the chicken was cold. I told her to take it back and bring the bill for the appetizer I ate. I didn't feel like awelcomed, value guest. The M.O.D came asked what's the problem, apologized and offered to remake my food to-go. I accepted hisapology & his offer but rest assured I probably won't be visiting this place again. Just left this location (6/26/22) after picking up an order and every item in my order was DELICIOUS! From the presentation, to... the degree in which the food was cooked, and even the wait time, EVERYTHING went great! I am pleasantly surprised by having anall around great experience and the kitchen staff working tonight are doing an AMAZING job on the food! 5 out of 5 stars! :) Read more
Ordered through Door Dash and this was the absolute worse delivery experience we've ever had. Not only was the food room... temperature, which was to be expected because of the delievery distance, but our blackberry Izze Sparkling juice was missing.And don't get me started on the Buffalo Mac & Cheese. Not only was it burnt, it was dried out, chicken taste old/rewarmed, andwas NOT a complete serving for $14.68. Like it lacked moisture and maybe was a handful of noodles. I uses a gift card, one day ago, to purchase 15 flats , two with sauce and one with a rub. First, I waited for 20mins for the... order. Secondly, when I arrived home with my order the wings looked as if they weren?t cooked at all. The chicken with the rubon it had nothing but white skin and red colored rub. The ones in the sauce were the same. I called and talked to a managernamed lavonta. After explaining my complaints to the manager, his only explanation was # it probably was fresh grease. Iinformed him that these flats wasn?t cooked in oil but cooked in the microwave. He had a uncaring attitude,almost a arrogant.Never again. Read more
After waiting 5 minutes for an employee to acknowledge and help me retrieve a door dash order, I was informed the order was... already picked up after being told the order was ready and being bagged. Then door dash support was MIA. Definitely done dashingtoday. Don't have time for the bs. I will decline every order for pick up at this place in the future. Should have stayed on thenorth side so I wouldn't have to be bothered with these south side shenanigans. The restaurant was completely unprofessional.Half of the employees weren't even working.
