Service and food was terrible. Ordered steak & shrimp fajitas and they sent chicken instead. After making waitress aware of the... mistake, I was told to scape the chicken of the platter and they'll make the steak... wow!! Then after that I go to pay with ahundred dollar bill. First the waitress ask me how much change I want back. Instead of just bringing all my change and wait forthe tip. Besides that the steak was not edible. Tough as leather. Couldn't even chew it! I got my appetizer after they brought my main meal. My daughter had something in her drink. Took almost 20 min for the dessert ... . Was not even busy. Waitress was very nice tho. Read more
This place wasn't a good idea for dinner last night 6/19/2022. We waited for a server for about 10 ?? so minutes. We order the... Classic Nachos with no beef just add Chicken those Nachos was reheated over with the beef and the Chicken looking like ravioli,Queso Cheese was cold, Crispy Chicken Sandwich had no mayo on it thrown together which the bun was burnt the I guess that wasthe Manager call himself giving me a top bun which was still burnt, Smokehouse Meal was cold street corn wasn't done they justthrew mayo on it. Chicken Bacon Quesadillas they wasn't fresh only thing was hot was the fries and to the Bartender Kudos thoseMagaritas the bomb. Friday the 13th! Probably should have skipped it. Gabby had a bad night as the guests at the table across from us Dined &... Dashed... ???? After that, she was unfortunately a little off. As other guests came in and sat in her section, she just seemedflustered and unable to take care of them. But everyone has a bad day. Hopefully she bounces back from it and it doesn't affecther confidence. About the food, well we only had appetizers because this location didn't have the Big Mouth Crispy Chicken andother than that /they were pretty slow. In fact we ordered the skillet queso and the first order was barely warm. We sent itback and it was not replaced until AFTER we'd cancelled it. The second portion was hot, but by the time it got to the table, wewere no longer interested in having it. Other than those hitches, it was a pretty typical Chili's experience. 3 for now.Probably will bypass this location in the future. Read more
The food is okay.. We did Curbside pick-up and my grandmother ordered Skillet Queso & a CheeseCake and, they forgot to give it... to us. The Texas fries were stuck together and hard? The food was just dry overall. Read more
They credit card machines were down so we had to pay cash and the waitress didn't check on us because she thought we were broke... and her other customers would tip her more. She even forgot all about our appetizers all together. Unfortunately that made hermiss out on a $50 tip! ???? Read more
Service was OK, food was good, but tables were dirty, great options to go on game days, some good deals you can find.
