After eating the shrimp tacos, I immediately got sick. I've ate at this location many times. However always just ordering the... steak tacos. Wanted to try something new. Big mistake tge shrimp made me very nausea. I forced myself to up(vomit) the food.Hoping to help with the nausea but no such luck. I called the establishment back, no luck on getting anything resolved. I wouldlike to have a conversation with the manager that was not in today. Our little Mexican ? restaurant with the Big big taste they have the Ramon with goat ...that can satisfy two persons on... lunch..they even have tacos cabeza that's let's me know right there how they get down..meaning good Ole fashion style tacos anda lot of combos and dinner styles Plus..mmmmm! The steak and chicken dinners are ok. They charge extra for beans and rice. The price is a little on the expensive side.

Absolutely horrible service. The food is great when they can get your order right. I called in my order and the lady kept... hanging up the phone claiming that she couldn't hear me. Then once I called back again she took the order and hung up. When Iarrived there she said that she did remember my order but never put it in because I didn't leave my name. She hung up before Icould give it. The staff here are extremely unempathetic towards customers, rude, and inconsiderate. Why would you keep hangingup the phone and then never put in my order? I was rushing home from work and I called in my order because I didn't want towait. I was so upset I just left out when she told me she didn't put in the order because how incompetent can you be?? The orderwas only three chicken tacos. I also emailed management and I never received any response from them. It's like they don't evencare about the customer at all here. Every time I try to patronize Juanchos- Calumet City it's a hassle and because managementhasn't reached out to me then I won't be back. I emailed them November 4, 2022 and it's now November 27, 2022 with no response.They don't value their customers at all. As long as they get your money they couldn't care less. Read more
