Not a fan of their meat. First visit I got a loaded potato and the steak tasted fake like the meat in a hot pocket. Second visit... the potato wasn't cooked well enough it was hard still. The seasoning is good but the cooks need to put in better effort and theneed to use use better grade of meats. Also be prepared to wait. Read more

First time here! Absolutely loved the food. A friend recommended this after visiting their other location in Homewood. I... ordered the lobster and shrimp stuffed potato. My boyfriend ordered the Philly steak and chicken stuffed jumbo potato. There'swasn't really anything to say, fan-tabulous... that night work. But we are definitely going back next week to try somethingelse. Only thing that we aren't prepared for was the wait time. I came into store on July 18th,2022 cashier young black girl with braids and braces was extremely rude. I came into store at... 9:25 pm I was told their no longer taking orders. Prior to me coming in I called the store to place a order over the young ladykept hanging the phone up. When I asked to speak to the owner she told me to hold on and sat the phone down and never came backto the phone. This needs to handled. No one should ever handle business this way. This isn?t professional at all . I have beenhung up on 6times. I will be following up with the owner and this young lady should be fired. The food is good but customerservice is terrible. I hate to say it but many owners let their workers mess up their business. I?m a business owner and Iwouldn't have anyone like this in my establishment. The store online say that they close at 10pm how do you stop taking orders30mins prior to. The hours on the door says 10:30pm.How do you even feel comfortable representing someone else business likethis?She seemed to not had wanted to be at work at all. Like if you don?t like your job go to school get a education so you cando something you actually enjoy instead of tearing someone?s else business down. They wanna charge you for extra sauce but barely put any sauce on the fries just charge for the sauce and let that be that
I ordered the blackend chicken cobb salad over the phone and was told it would be 40 minutes. I accepted the wait time, but was... anxious as this was my first time trying this place out and the reviews are positive. As you see, the portion size is plentifuland I received several cups of raspberry vinaigrette dressing. However, my chicken was cold and I was very disappointed.
