If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. The manage is absolutely awful. I ordered delivery through the app, which means... I have no insight or control over the delivery driver until I am assigned one and sent an email. I never received my food andthe order is still pending in the app. The manager basically told me to figure it out myself. Read more
The night shift manager is awesome. She's tired. She's very tired but makes it work. All the call offs here at this location is... bogus. She shouldn't be the only manager there working !!!. The owner is bogus for allowing this to happen and by not makingchanges ASAP. This young lady is prompt, professional , and still fast even with the call off handicaps. This is for the Calumet City, Illinois location on Sibley Blvd. Sandwich was good but service lacked luster. Had to be buzzed... in to enter establishment. I asked for red onions on my sandwich. The associate made a snide remark, "You not planning to kissanyone." How offensive! And to top it off, they heat the soups in the plastic it comes in so they won't have to clean thealuminum pans. So I was having a horrible day yesterday. I went into subway to get my usual and one of the workers; I believe her name was... Ashley, was absolutely the sweetest. I was greeted with a friendly smile and was taken care of with no hesitation. I think shecould tell I was having a bad day or maybe her kindness was just what I needed.
