Andrew prepared my meal for me! I got the deluxe nacho fries box, and it was ready in less than two minutes. Fresh and warm... food, it was delicious! I've been to several Taco Bells and gotten food where quality was lacking. This is my second time herewhile Andrew was in the kitchen, and the food was spectacular!!!! Will be back! Thank you Andrew! I ordered 8 burritos to take home to my friends and the lady behind the counter acted like I committed some egregious act. They... complained about my large order in the back and gave me the worst stink eye. When my order was ready they slapped it on thecounter in front of me while giving me the death stare. I said "thank you" and they gave me the silent treatment. You reallyhave to put in extra effort to be as rude as they were. Read more

My daughter found a small hair cooked into the flour tortilla. She noticed a small piece of it popping out before she took a... second bite of her crunchwrap Supreme. I brought it to the attention of the employees and she seemed bothered by the fact Ibrought it up and she asked me well what do you want a refund or do you want something else? With a terrible attitude. Iwould've got my money back but my daughter was hungry and she had to be at work in a short time so she requested something elseoff the menú and when they gave her the food she ordered, they rolled their eyes at her. We never gave them any attitude, Ieven whispered it to the cashier so nobody in the dining area hears about this situation. I think they could've been moreunderstanding and nice about the situation they made me feel as if they thought we put it in there but you can clearly see itwas embedded into the flour tortilla.
