Went to the Burger King located in Calumer Park, Illinois (12701 S. Ashland) for the Special $5.00 meal that was announced on TV... and also was in their drive thru, the lady told me my total was 6.60, I asked why when it states in the board five dollars, shestated it was a misprint and that it was six dollars , I advised her that it was false advertising and if the sign says five itshould be five dollars. She stated it $6.60 and did I want it, I took a picture and told her no thank you.called the corporatenumber and they stated, the store will contact you, for what I asked, she stated to resolve this issue. Horrible. The manager who?s a black women had been very impolite, she doesn?t want to leave her name with unsatisfied customers.... There were specks of facial hair in my food and the manger was just so incompetent. This place needs to be closed today! Read more
The Girls there tonight were very rude my husband and I paid $24 for our meal and the entire meal was cold. This was my first... time there and this was the worst experience imaginable. And when I asked the girl to cook my fries over she had an entireattitude about it. And complained of the receipt machine being down, so we didn't even get a receipt. It?s in a great location (even though the drive thru is awkward for coming out to the road). They always have a line, but I... think it?s because the other restaurants nearby also have lines (that are longer). Friendly service is hit or miss depending onwhen you go. They get our order right 50% of the time even when you repeat your order multiple times. I used to like BK of allthe main 3 burger chains, but this location does not cut it. Read more
Upon arrival, the staff is very friendly but the food was terrible, the spicy chicken sandwich was too crispy ( burned ), the... Impossible Whopper was leathery and difficult to eat from the " burger " to the bun. I was not expecting fine dining but thetrays were greasy, the tables were dirty, and the bathroom was unkempt, it was certainly disappointing seeing as how it was notbusy and they were well staffed. Being a vegetarian, I have not been to Burger King in 12 or 13 years and I was really excitedto try the Impossible Whopper but I left extremely disappointed, in both the Whopper and my reintroduction to Burger King ????.
