We got there around 8:15 p.m. so there was no wait. We were concerned that it was too close to closing to get good anything.... Andrea was wonderful with her service, I ordered Broccoli cheddar chicken, my girlfriend had fried catfish dinner, only twofillets, they were huge, and my sister had Country fried steak. The food was brought out in a timely manner, it fresh and hotand tasted good. Thumbs up to the kitchen staff for super service as well. I am going back this morning for breakfast. My server was full of smiles and more than willing to go above and beyond. Food was ok. I had the cheesecake stuffed... pancakes. It left me still searching to fulfill my sweet tooth desires. I have higher standards for Cracker Barrel. I satfor 10 mins, with my food in front of me, with no eating utensils. Of which, i get it, it was busy and my waitee was almostrunning everywhere. BUT, the manager walked directly by me 3 TIMES as she was marking empty and occupied tables on her chart. Im pretty disappointed that we almost brushed shoulders, as i sat there, so many times and she ddnt notice i wasnt even eating. I will give them another shot bc i understand that there are always unseen variables and "off" days but i can not recommendthis place yet. **the strawberry mimosa is pretty darn good though. Good food. They offer beer and wine now. Coffee is always great and service is good. Nice gift items to purchase. As the... grandmother of two grandsons,i think they really need to offer more cute clothes to purchase. They have a lot for girls butgrandmas of boys want to buy cute clothes too. Read more

Could have been more friendly, and we didn't eat everything. The food just didn't taste like the same food we have had at other... Cracker Barrels... and no attention from the waitress plus it took a while before someone came to help, Grant, it was close toclosing time so we will give that to them... but could have been better all the way around. Stopped here for a breakfast while travelling through. I generally like Cracker Barrel, but this time was above and beyond. Our... server was Kara and she was attentive and so very kind. My husband is vegetarian and she made sure to go the extra mile to alertus of things that are cooked with meat and that things were cooked in a separate area (we didn?t even request it!) I should start off by saying if I could leave negative stars I would. We visited Cracker Barrel on March 27th and the service... from our waitress was amazing however we waited over 40 minutes for our food and our order was split into three different checksresulting in half of our table getting food first and about 15 minutes later the other half of the table received there food.Our food was cold and was undercooked. I ordered a steak at medium rare and received a steak that was rare as rare could be. Mybrother and sister in law also ordered steaks to be at medium well, they received steaks that where medium rare. I am a type 1diabetic so I had already given myself insulin before this meal began and with everything not the way it should be my sugarbegan to drop. I asked for the manager and she began saying that the cooks where new, which if you where hired to be a cook youshould know how to cook this shouldn't be an excuse; she had just clocked in and doesn't know what is going on, again not myproblem you should have better management of your establishment; she said her mother was a type 1 diabetic and that sheunderstands, she does not understand how your blood sugar affects you; we then asked her how she was going to fix this and shestated she didn't look at the bill so she doesn't know, regardless of how much our food costs you need to be able to fix ourexperience by giving better food and faster service so our food isn't cold. She had a horrible attitude and didn't know how tomanage a restaurant properly. We did however receive new food and the steaks where cooked properly but the food was rotten andmade my brother puke after eating one bite of the steak. Needless to say never again will I eat at this restaurant and crackerbarrel needs to find new management and cooks for this establishment. Read more

I really hate to be the person to leave reviews, because I understand the work shortage and the stress among restaurant and... retail workers these days. However, today, I ordered Grandma?s Sampler, which is something I enjoy to get almost every time atany Cracker Barrel location. But unfortunately, time my food just wasn?t enjoyable. I had to cut into my sausage with a knife(and was burnt and a little cold), the ham had a weird smell and taste, and the eggs were a little underwhelming. Again, I dounderstand the work shortage and the stress, but it just seemed like no effort was put into making any of the food. It alsoseemed like it was just sitting in a window since breakfast time. (We dined here in the evening). I would like to comment tosay that our waiter was very attentive. He checked up on us often and never seemed annoyed at our requests for things. Everyserver there seemed to have a positive attitude, which is always nice to see, but again, I was just too underwhelmed with thefood I received and the attitudes of some of the other workers. Nice Cracker Barrel. Be instantly aware of how to get to it though! Must drive through the gas station and McDonalds parking... lots to get to it! Clean restaurant, friendly staff. Food served fresh and hot. Menu has changed. Portions are smaller. Country store was well stocked with cute gift items as usual! Read more
