I didn't realize how much food I ordered. The waffle was excellent,scrambled eggs were excellent, the roast was excellent, but... the hash browns were ok. The insides of hash browns could have been more cooked. I should have said something beforehand. Excellent store. I'll be back. Thanks for that waffle. Read more
One of the bathrooms was entirely broken. The other one had a do not disturb latch on it that was opposite of normal.
Food was good as usual at waffle houses, once I got what I ordered. Waitress was either new and poorly trained, or, very... incapable!! Brought me double hash browns instead of double waffle. Was ordered very plainly, not sure what her problem was. Read more
Store was very loud, to be expected on a Sunday morning after the bars have shut down. Nothing that was intolerable. Our server... was a wonderful older lady that moved quickly and got us our drinks within five minutes of us ordering them. She wasprofessional and friendly, but obviously seriously overwhelmed with that amount of work.. There was only one other person there,the cook and he was cooking. Both of their friendliness, professionalism, and attention were excellent. They both tried veryhard to get us taken care of quickly. However, the presentation of food was sloppy, also not unexpected at WH. It's WH. I loveit anyway, we all do. But this was exceptionally bad, even by my standards. The toast was hard as a rock like it'd been toastedhours earlier and been left to sit. And the grits were just slapped onto the plate instead of in a bowl. The side sausage wasn'tbrowned well at all, more gray than cooked. It was at least hot. We ate quick, paid and left. Had it not been the only WH for 60miles, I'd have skipped it honestly. But my family was hungry and wanted WH. We only get to that area once a year, we'll know toskip it next time. All-in-all, I'm going to give it three stars. While our meal was served promptly and the staff that served us was kind our experience quickly changed. While getting ready to... pay bills and do bathroom breaks I found myself trapped in the restroom ! Yes locked in the restroom after pounding the doorwith no avail I called a friend that was paying in the restaurant to come help. While my friend came to attempt to help ourother guests watched as staff Kind of began to murmuring. They then approached our group in the hall while in the short momentmy guests kind of found it funny until they realized this had happened before and the staff had to call a manager and getmultiple people to attempt to assist. I was horrified standing in a filthy bathroom out of state with no sort of worry fromstaff. While they attempted to be in good spirits they were busy and it was almost an inconvenience to help get me out I wasscared and really shaken. They did not apologize or even truly acknowledge the severity of being locked in bathroom for a solid10 minutes. They stated while I was trapped this has happened before. 5-star perfection for this Waffle House! Quinton was our waitor and was he ever good at taking care of customers during the... dinner hour! We had breakfast! Compliments to the chef! Having the city ham (bacon) delivered first was like getting anappetizer! Great idea! We loved the food, clean bathrooms, and outstanding service! We'll come again when passing through! Read more
Good service. My friend enjoyed her breakfast bowl. I ordered a patty melt for$8.50. Waitress asked if I wanted hash brown which... I thought were included but weren't. The patty melt was a skinny little burger on toast with bits of gristle in it. Read more
This is an outstanding Waffle House! The staff will make you feel like family as soon as you walk through the door. The food is... always delicious at an affordable price! Every time I've eaten here I've always left impressed. I highly recommend eating here.You won't be disappointed! Read more
