Unfortunately this place keeps going downhill. 30 minutes for 1 egg sandwich? They have no organization whatsoever, they take... your order then forget about you. Line of people waiting to order and one of the workers was just laughing and joking aroundwith a customer. They need some type of managerial presence there. I don?t usually care about the money I spend on food but $8for a sandwich that was cold, barely had any bacon and took 30 minutes of my time isn?t worth it. They used to have such greatworkers but can?t seem to keep them around. Smiling faces and funny jokes don?t get the job done, efficiency and quality dounfortunately this place is missing the latter. The food is delicious but there were sooo many flies in that place that you wonder how many landed on your bagel all day. It's... also super hot in there. I feel bad that the employees have to work in that environment. Read more
This used to be the absolute BEST bagels on the island, but it would seem they lost their bagel chef a few months back and now... it's just not the same. Great people, great menu, but the bagels are dry, bland, and boring. No matter what time of day, theyalways taste like they've been sitting out for a few hours. I really hope they are able to find that special something that hasbeen lost. Read more
Bagels were awesome and lot of variety of cream cheese! Cajun omelette was mind blowing!!
Breakfast is great they have a unique selection of bagels and cream cheese, everything is freshly made. The omelette are huge... and reasonably priced. Haven't been for lunch but can't wait to try out their menu. Read more
I?m soooo in love with the egg everything bagels, they are my favorite! They have really great authentic bagels! The churro... bagel was pretty good, I expected it to be a little sweeter and more cinnamon. The one thing is that the wait here takes a verylong time to get your food just when you think you forgot about it?s just because it?s a long wait and they also forgot one ofthe items we had to go up there and ask for it. A nice eatery with typical brunch options: bagel, omelet, sandwich and so on. The bagel is medium soft with chewiness. The... omelet includes fries or tort, a bagel, and a small coffee or juice, a real stealer. The thick cut french toast is surprisinglydelicious with crispy on the outside and tender inside. Overall a exceeding expectation dinner and the price is also unbeatablein Long island. Read more
Good variety of bagels and cream cheeses, but staff is hit and miss. They don?t often pay attention. For example, I asked for my... bagel lightly toasted and when I got home and opened it, it was burnt black on the edges. Also, be careful when paying withcard. They charged my breakfast three separate times when I paid and I had to call my credit card company to adjust it. Read more
