Camano subway always seems to be out of everything from basic bread to meats etc. Not my first choice but ok sometimes. I like... the coupon deals, good prices but never sure what you can get. Read more

This store is always out of bread! How in the heck does this happen on the regular at a sandwich place? Do you not know when to... make new? Yesterday I ordered 3 sandwiches at approx. 5:30 pm and I was told they wouldn't be ready until 7:30 pm ( yes 2 hourslater!) b/c they ran out of bread. I had to decide on waiting and was told to call them back, but guess, what ...when I tried tocall the store, the voicemail was full and the phone didn't even ring! WTH? This voicemail was also full over a year ago when Itried to call back after getting the wrong sandwich. When asked about this at the store, they told me they don't know how toclear the voicemail. I mean at this point, it's either pure incompetence or just a complete lack of care for the customerexperience or maybe both. Regarding the constant being out of bread, (again a joke for a sandwich place) I provided thisfeedback to the manager within the last two weeks and she just wanted to offer free coupons and apparently do nothing to addressit because here we are again. When I picked up the sandwiches last night, there wasn't even an apology. I'll be avoiding thisSubway for a while because they don't care about their customer's experiences, which is disappointing because we love Subway somuch and have never had this issue anywhere else. .. hopefully one day they'll get it. Walked out yesterday after the only staff member was visibly standing in the back on her cell phone. Came out after a couple... minutes (no apology for keeping 3 people waiting), DIDN'T BOTHER TO WASH HER HANDS, simply just put gloves on and started makingthe customers sandwich. The guys wife came in, asked to use the restroom to wash her hands and was told no. The worker thenadjusted her mask with her gloved hand and continued to put veggies on his sandwich. At this point we walked out. I DEFINITELYwill never eat here again. Way too many covid precautions ignored.... Read more

Honestly I feel like one star is a generous rating for this store. They are consistently out of necessary ingredients, like... bread. They dont follow the same protocols or carry the same items as the other franchises in this chain. On top of that, thepeople who work there have horrible customer service, lack training, and talk inappropriately to their customers. It'sunfortunate this is the only Subway on the island, the locals who want a convenient sandwich store deserve way better. Read more

Service is always so slow. I was told they have a one napkin per sandwich policy. WHAT!???? Today was the last straw. I... needed three sandwiches. The employee made two and informed me that they were out of bread. Unbelievable! I love to supportlocal business, but I will never spend another dime here. The owner needs to get a clue. We stopped here on our trip to Camano Island. We did not know if we would see another place to eat before we headed South. The... food was good, and they had three people working at the time. I had a Southwest Chipotle steak wrap. I would eat here again. Read more
