Stopped by here on my way back home to the city from Santa Barbara for a quick pick me up during my drive. Ordered what I... usually do at boba places - taro milk tea. Absolutely the worst Taro Milk Tea i?ve ever had. Tasted very different and the colorwas off. I know it?s not just me cause I read another review stating the same thing. (Unfortunately I did not read it beforestepping into this place) Doesn?t help that the girl working behind the counter was rude and has no customer service etiquette.The guy working the register was actually friendly, quiet but friendly. I went to this place since it is next door to my hotel. It was pretty dirty inside. The girl behind the register told me to wait... while she wiped something down and then took my order without making eye contact. I ordered taro milk tea and it came out superquick. It tasted like caramel and was brown. Other places I've been make taro milk tea that tastes like taro milk tea and ispurple. I suspect she already had a drink lying around and just gave it to me or this really is just the worst taro milk teaI've ever had. Depressing way to spend $4.50. Great boba in a quaint establishment and very nice employees! Service is fast, they use real fruit and they don't put milk in... all their drinks if you dont want it. Tastes like a quality slush with bouncy boba. The menu clearly displays all the optionswith pictures included. There are many flavor choices and toppings as well. Would definitely come here again whenever im in thearea. The parking situation isn't bad because its located in a resturant shopping center. There is also a cute wall displyingtiny messages people wrote on sticky notes. Adds a community, homey feel to the shop. Love it! Read more
