Went by the drive-thru today. Ordered a lettuce wrap famous star with no pickles. I got a regular famous star with no lettuce... and with pickles. They also didn't give me my drink. Call them twice and no one answered. They answered the third time andtold me they were sorry and hang up. Reminds why I don't go here often and why I had left a bad rating before. Read more

Last time I come here. Gave them another shot, but this was it... if something is going to take a long time to make, you HAVE TO... LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW! people don't go thru the drive thru because they want to hangout for 10 minutes. Of what I want is goingto take a long time then I can order something else, just let me know! Oh and also the chicken for my biscuit sandwich was undercooked. It may be fully cooked when they get it, but it felt like biting into rubber. No other carls Jr is like this. Read more

Closes early. It's hard working night shift at the hospital to take a break and drive to here only to find out you wasted your... break. Guy at the drive through said "We're closing now." Their coffee satisfies and location is not bad considering lot of empty spaces in the morning hours. These days lot of workers... in these fast food establishments seem edgy and forgetful. Haven?t come across any so far. The employees were busy as usual. Read more

I ordered a Famous Star meal with onion rings and a Coke tonight. I asked for a small drink. I was told there were no small lids... but I could upgrade to a medium if I wanted a lid. This was in the drive thru. I obviously can?t drive home without a lid. I didnot want a medium and did not want to pay for a medium. I asked for a small, but said I needed a lid, so I requested the smallbe poured into a medium cup with a lid. Simple solution, or so I thought. At the window, I was handed my drink and the man atthe window said in a snarky tone, ?Here is your medium cup, with a small amount.? The cup was seriously less than half full.Considering the small is 20 ounces and the medium is 30 ounces, my expectation was it would be close to 2/3 full. The math issimple, but would be unnecessary had he just filled a small cup and poured it into the medium cup. From the tone in his voice, Icould tell this wasn?t about math. He was being rude on purpose. I drove away upset and didn?t even realize until later that healso gave me fries instead of the onion rings I ordered. I tried to call the restaurant to speak with a manager, but the numberon the receipt was not answered and appears to be for a fax machine. This was hands down the most unprofessional experience I?vehad with a fast food restaurant within the last ten years or more. Read more

It?s become ridiculous when you wait in a long line, only to get your food and it?s cold. Patty literally looks like it was... sitting and just thrown thrown together.
