I really like the fries. Crispy on the outside soft o the inside. Every sandwich I have had so far is good.
Located inside the food court of a shopping mall and their Philly cheesesteak has no flavor. Subway is ten times better.

5 works all standing there while I waited behind one person. Another person walks right past me for a coke refill and gets... served. I threw my hands up and was still ignored. Worst service ever, wonder what poor quality food production they have. Myprediction ton is they are out of business in less than a year. Must be run by an idiot too. Read more
The website and Google says this place closes at 9pm. I drove 30minutes out of town for cheese fries, got to Charley's at 8:40pm... and they refused to provide me service and told me to go to Pink's(which also closes at 9pm) The entire Charleys staff said therestaurant closed at 8:40pm not 9pm. I went to Pink's and Pink's served me at 8:55pm, Pink's has awesome customer service andfood! Highly recommend them. Read more
Good flavor & fast service.
The hot subs are great.. the outlet mall location is very busy. Prices are OK. Not really a destination but if you are at the... outlet a great place to get a bite to eat before doing more shopping. Read more
