I love epl. Very healthful food if you order correctly. Tastes great, very inexpensive. This particular restaurant needs another... worker or two. This place is a joke came here to have lunch first of all they had no customers and I was standing there for a long time. They... will look at me and they won?t come over to take my order. ( blond girl with glasses) I give her my order and she got everythingwrong. I ask for extra tortillas and I didn?t get any. When I told her she say i though you say no tortillas I ask for a knifeand they told me they don?t have any knifes really!!!!! I ask for cups and they give me a dirty cup it looks like they get theold cups from the trash and they reuse them !!!! The owner need to take care of this restaurant and fix this problems beforesome one calls the main people at pollo loco franchise. Or call the the health department. The restrooms are nasty and dirty.No water comes out the faucets so i can imagine the employees washing them hands. I can believe a restaurant like this DONT haveany knifes. At all the Pollo Locos we?ve been to, this 1 is definitely unfriendly. They asked for our shot records to dine in. We wouldn?t... go in if we weren?t. That was unfair! Always great tasting and affordable. I wish the salsa bar would come back. Now you have to remember to ask for everything,... including napkins, and if you forget, you wait in line again because they are busy and short staffed. Read more
