Food was sub par ... We got a burger , milkshake and some chili. The milkshakes no longer come with the extra in a metal cup... and it came in a to go cup. They charged us $3.50 to cut a burger in half and they add in %18 gratuity even on a small meal andwhen we got the check they still asked for a tip. Horrible customer service. Opened up at 11:30 (5 minutes late) and I was the first person there and had to order food for an... office of 7 to be there by 12. They only had 3 extremely slow staff working, including one very condescending person who took myorder and simply shrugged her shoulders when I told her it needed to be ready by 12. She also insisted that I wait outside ofthe restaurant for my order even though there were PLENTY of open tables I could and was sitting at before she asked me to sitoutside of the restaurant. Rude. Delicious. Crowded and seemed understaffed. Those on duty were hustling, rushing and remained polite. Food too a longer time... than it should've (understaffed). Plenty of parking in a free lot. They offer vegeburgers but I had beef. The cheeseburger,and fries were delish. Someone in our party had onion rings and a oreo cookie and cream shake and she enjoyed them. Read more
Excited that Johnny Rockets is open once again after being closed for renovations after six months. As always, the staff is... amazing especially George. Incredible service. And the food... delicious as ever. The entire family left wanting to come backvery soon. Read more
This Johnny Rockets just reopened, and is now serving lunch and dinner. Great burgers, sandwiches and shakes. Attentive... waitress named Joshlynn took care of us and brought our food within 15 minutes of ordering. Outside patio dining was atreat. Ordered a route 66 turkey patty burger, and a regular burger with avocado, onions, cheese and lettuce, fries and asalad. All items well prepared. Definitely will return when in the area. Only day closed is Tuesdays. Read more
Is my favorite burguer. Everytime I visit USA I try to go. Love my chillies chees fries and the rocket.
