Tried takeout from Sesame Garden based on reading reviews of the place and we weren't disappointed. Got the Dry Chili Spicy... Chicken and Kung Pao Beef. Both were very good. This place had a nice balance of heat and numbing spice that many places getwrong. I'll be ordering again when we're in town. Read more

Food was a very good. Not quite a five, but the portions and the reasonable price puts it over. I had salted shrimp and... orange chicken. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Slightly on the salty side, but perfect with white rice. Read more
Delightful lunch priced dishes. Nice size/quantity of food. Love their shrimp platters. Crisp light batter on deep fried... shrimp. Sauce barely has saturated, yum! Family style ordering produced a table completely covered by delicious food. Service was acceptable, not slavish, & prices... fair-not highest or lowest in Camarillo. Dinner time wasn't crowded or too noisy. Decor is "early" restaurant; like most placesthey will be improving it steadily for years to come, and that is okay with me because I don't eat decorations.
