So Cal sandwich was amazing, light but fulfilling, with a hint of sweet, spicy, and savory. Good bread/filling ratio (it's not... one of those sandwiches where the bread makes up 90% of the thickness). Polite staff, easy parking, place nicely decorated andkept clean. Only 4 stars because tomato bisque soup was really too heavy/fatty and therefore just didn't fit with the rest ofthe meal or the vibe of a "cafe". Read more
I have been to the urbane cafe about 5 times. Each time I've tried a different sandwich. The sandwich has all come with a nice... side salad. There are choices of a very good Bree and cranberry. There is another with chicken very well flavored and anotherwith roast beef as well as some with cheese. I think there are ones that will appeal to most everybody. The choices are usuallyabout $14 for the sandwich a side salad and a drink that you can refill as many times as you want. You can sit inside oroutside. Service is very quick. Read more
Service was fast. I had the BBQ beef sandwich. The flavor was good, but the beef was tough and the bread was soggy. Though... seone came outside to wipe down the tables, the outdoor table area looked unattended. Read more
Great for a light lunch. Not very heavy as far as the food goes. The food seemed fresh and perfectly balanced. The staff was... nice and was able to suggest several different items. The staff was constantly cleaning the dining area which was nice to seethat they kept up with cleaning task. The dining area was nice but did see that they had an outdoor patio also which is nice ona warm day and during lunch rushes. Read more
