The atmosphere here is definitely one of a kind. Exceptional food, cocktails and the wait staff was certainly attentive and... polite. My wife and I have been wanting to try this place for quit awhile now and so glad that we finally got the chance to go.We didn't have reservations but we were able to get a table immediately in the bar, which is decorated amazing in theme for theHalloween holiday. The drinks and atmosphere never stop entertaining me, the... staff is second to none, but their recent change in chefs has upped the anti on their food game! The Acorn and the Oak provides a wondrous and elegant occasion. The atmosphere evokes a calming and curios sense of belonging,... as the superb decor welcomes patrons with modern day class and style. The quality and taste of the food further exacerbate theenjoyment of the experience. The staff was also pleasant, and made sure that our special evening was extraordinary by providinga grandiose bouquet of flowers—Magical evening! Always love coming here for a date night. Food never ever disappoints and the owners are such wonderful people. Great service as... well. One of my favorite dishes was their pork and beans. But honestly the burger they served at brunch was one of the bestthings I’ve ever tasted. Either way, this place is worth every penny. edit: We have been here at least six or seven timessince my review. Perfect every time, seriously! I would HIGHLY recommend their Devils on Horseback appetizer if they still haveit. One of the benefits of this place is their rotating menu, but it really is sad to see certain dishes go sometimes. Hip and trendy meets warm and inviting, Acorn and the Oak exceeded my expectations on all counts. I had a flower arrangement... made for my mom that was placed on our table for her birthday celebration and then boxed to enjoy at home. Our meal wasgenerously portioned and delicious- something I was skeptical about from the seemingly sparse menu options. I can exuberantlyrecommend the salmon. We love a craft cocktail, we love candlelit conviviality, we love cacti in crockery. Huge win. I will sayit was expensive, but worth it. Read more
