Finally, GOOD ramen has come to Clark County! Fujiya was excellent. Excellent service, great tasting food and not too expensive!... We ordered the spring rolls and chicken wings for an appetizer. The rolls were good but the wings were extremely good. We bothordered shoyu ramen. Delicious! Broth was incredible. Later that night we wished we had left overs, we kept talking about howgood it was. Can't wait to go back. Read more

Absolutely the best ramen place in East Vancouver/Camas. High quality food and great services. Our kids love their chicken... ramen, tonkotsu ramen and fried calamari! My daughter wants to go to this place for our Saturday lunch at least once a month. Read more

Friendly staff and quick service for an early Sunday lunch. Large, bright, clean dining room with view of a large TV at a small... saké bar. Menu is helpful with the pictures and descriptions. Prices are fair for the portion. Nice appetizer selection.Calamari was tasty and the pork gyoza were really great, too. The ramen though... pretty underwhelming, overall. It tasted finebut pretty plain, if I'm honest. If you just want decent ramen and you're in the area then this is fine for that (I'd eat hereagain). But if you're looking for epic ramen, keep looking... Read more

The waitress was great! The fact that she has decorated the place with perfect hand folded peace cranes charmed the daylights... outa me! And, that she brought me paper so I could practice my rusty folding skills made me want to give 5 stars… theatmosphere was great, the service was great! Then comes the main attraction, the Ramen, a memory for me of years living inJapan. A culinary path of nostalgia and reoccurring dreams. But it’s like biting into a Twinkie and finding no filling, afirecracker with no bang, a koi pond with no fish. It was just ok. The next day I went to Kenji’s and was reminded what reallygood ramen is like, complex and full of depth and umami. Fujiya was just not as good. Perhaps Kenji’s could hire the waitressfrom Fujiya or Fujiya could borrow the cook from Kenji’s? It’s like climbing a mountain for the view on a foggy day. Thepath is nice, the surroundings are great, but when you get to the top, there is no view. Read more

Good ramen, I liked the heavy seaweed flavors, the pork belly wasn't my thing as it was boiled seems like. Service was good even... though the poor lady was overwhelmed working by herself. Read more

before i even eat the ramen, i have to say that i could give this restaurant 3 stars. it is severely understaffed: one waitress... and one cook. both of the were RACING to keep up with the orders. we had to wait awhile for our pick up order that was ready bythe time we arrived, to no faults of the waitress — she was doing a million things at once, cleaning, bussing, working theregister, taking orders… etc etc. it felt painful just to watch her work while we waited for our order. she was very pleasantand nice despite the circumstances and we left a big tip. the physical set-up seemed cool. you can watch the cook in front ofyou! the ramen and broth was middle of the road, noting special but not technically horrible. the toppings were better, good, even. really wanted to like the place, but overall i wouldn’t want to re-visit. We come here once a month and it's always good. The staff is friendly and the food is great. It's always a little slow as they... usually have a single cook but it is always worth the wait. We order 3 or 4 of the appetizers and usually a bowl and some Ramenand we are never disappointed Read more

I have been looking for a local Ramen place that could replace my favorite in Portland and a friend told me about Fujiya. I... ordered a take out and was pleased to see they put the broth in a separate container. Once I arrived home I combined it and wentto town. It was delicious. I will for sure be ordering again and trying another item. If it lives up to my first visit I'll reedit this review to a 5 ? review. Read more
