Pretty average for McDonalds. Unfortunately, they get orders through delivery wrong a lot of the time. The experience isn't much... better for in-person service. Always double check before driving off! The workers, however, are nice. Read more
This is HANDS DOWN THE WORST MCDONALD'S! Constantly messing up orders, forgetting items and they have the RUDEST staff. Their... incompetence is amazing, even for a fast food place. And, I use the word fast very loosely because itlltake a good 20 minutes ona good day to get through the DT. I'm surprised it's still open and hope it gets shut down. Read more
Got in the drive thru at 10:14 am, at 10:24, was asked to pull out front to wait for fresh food. At 10:30 a very nice lady came... out with the wrong food for 2 cars, including mine. She Went back in and another woman came back out very curt asking all 4waiting cars what our orders were. It is now 10:32 and I am very late with cold food. Read more
Always a long line. Today, they screwed up my order(after a long wait). And the cherry on top? Their milkshake and ice cream... machine was broken. But the broken down machine is a common place amidst McDonald's restaurants, so I don't blame them for that. Read more
Been here multiple times and always have any issue. Fries were literally like chewing on pencils as if they had been sitting for... hours!! and a simple chicken sandwich was cold as could be. Only 2 cars in line at the time Read more
This place is the worst Mickie D?s in the world. I ordered my meal fresh but most importantly the fries. They gave me cold... burger and refried fries burnt and cold. I called them afterwards and complained they gave me a voucher. I use the voucher todayand the same exact thing happened. But when I got the food in the drive-through I told them these aren?t fresh fries, I thinkthe manager who?s a big girl argued with me and told me they?re fresh I said no. They said they would make it fresh I wentaround the front and I came inside. They gave me the food pretty much right when I came in so that means they just gave me thesame old bag with the same cold refried fries. I cannot believe how bad this place is, avoid it at all costs. Zero quality control at this location. I cannot say if this is the fault of management or the employees or maybe both. This is... the second time ordering from this location personally and twice in a row the quality was trash. Ordered a deluxe quarterpounder, no lettuce but instead extra pickles and enough mayo to cover all the food ordered leaking out the side of it. Next isthe chicken sandwich ordered, the bun was hard as a rock and noticeable as soon as it was touched so I know those employeeswould of felt the dry hard bun when preparing. Management should be doing quality control of food leaving the establishment. When I worked in restaurants I would of never let this stuff leave the kitchen. I will not be giving into my kids to order fromMcDonald's again, better to spend and invest in your locally owned burger joints who actually care about quality and business.Franchise or not, McDonald's should be held to a higher standard with the prices they charge. You can get fresh for practicallythe same cost if not even cheaper at some locations with better taste. Read more
Grill is sloppy, drive through adds on random things to your order that was never asked for. Managers are careless. Not worth... the time or money to ever go back. Read more
