Guys here on evening shift are helpless. Picked up an order to go. Smelled strongly of peppers so I opened the box right in... front of the guy. Told him it was wrong. Another pizza was boxed up to go with the delivery driver i asked if they maybe mixedthem up. They wouldn't even check. Keep in mind I'm the only order sitting there and one delivery order. They insisted theydidn't mix them up. I was told I had to wait for manager to get off break so she could decide "how to resolve it" here's a cluefella. Give the customer what they ordered and sort it out later! This is how several parlors have failed here. Beyond poorservice! Spent 45 minutes waiting for a phone in order and a re-do. The manager was great and did insist she made my pizza soyeah, probably sent out for delivery. Sorry I tipped first. Read more

I ordered a combination pizza, garlic bread sticks, and a 2 litre, it was the worst pizza and bread sticks I've had in a very... long time. Everything was so bland, the crust was like a $1 frozen pizza. Round table used to be amazing what happened?! $50+for utter disappointment, I could have had better pizza and bread sticks for under $15 at another well known pizza establishmentnot known for their quality. ???? The pizza is subpar and 4 of the game's that they have running for people did not work properly it took your money but didn't... let you play. We told the person running the counter to replace the money we lost and they said no it's the chance tou take whenyou play those games. Now that is just rude and not right. They didn't even put up a sign on the machines that were not workingproperly so people continued to get ripped off. The place was big but the spacing between tablets was poorly done. It was varyhard to get in and out of your set with how it was set up. They place was not packed bland the food come out at a reasonabletime. The prizes you can win with your tickets are way over priced. The want 45 tickets for a quart worth toy. I would skip thegames all together. Read more
Edit to my review* I have to now change my good review to a one star. The new owners have taken away the military discount for... veterans. If you had never had one and did not offer it that would be bad. But to have it then actually take it away is a reallylow and bad thing to do. Until that changes I absolutely will never take my family here again. This round table pizza makessome of the best pizza anywhere. They have a good selection of beers and friendly staff. The only reason I can't give five starsis because the salad bar might not be coming back due to the new owners. However the employees are always friendly and helpful. Read more
