I'm in awe of the customer service that goes above and beyond what's necessary. I ended up unknowingly speaking to the owner... over the phone about a slight order modification and not only did she happily help me when it felt (to me) like something likethat was beneath her, she also remembered a time that our order got messed up. It's amazing, we don't remember specifically (weare pretty relaxed when it comes to human mistakes) but the fact that she did and then wanted to make it right, blows mymind. They are doing it right. I ordered twice from here through doordash. I really like the chicken pesto flatbread sandwich but I ordered a fruit smoothie... and it was almost completely void of color. It tasted like just bananas and ice which was quite disappointing. I gave it asecond chance and ordered a breakfast burrito and I believe the pomegranate plunge. The burrito was really wet and bland andalthough this smoothie was slightly better it was still pretty void of color and flavor. I'd rather have a smaller and moreflavorful smoothie and I find it weird that both times they were so light in color compared to the picture. Probably wouldn'teat here again. Hubby and I came in town for the past weekend and I just loved the smoothie's from this place! We'd walk over every morning to... get a smoothie. The varieties of flavors available is awesome.
